| dc.description.abstract | UKR: Устатті проаналізовано застосування понять «інтелектуальний капітал» та «управління змінами», розглянуті їх різновиди та показано їх взаємозв’язок. Взаємозв'язок між цими поняттями полягає в тому, що інтелектуальний капітал може визначати готовність підприємства до змін. В свою чергу, знання, інновації та навички персоналу можуть бути ключовими ресурсами під час управління змінами. Підприємства, які вміло управляють своїм інтелектуальним капіталом, можуть бути більш гнучкими та ефективними під час змін в бізнес-середовищі. Важливість управління змінами обґрунтовується появою таких властивостей для підприємств як: підвищення гнучкості, зменшення опору змінам, підтримка стратегічних ініціатив. Зміни, які виникають з врахуванням інтелектуального капіталу, вимагають від підприємства переосмислення своїх стратегій та підходів для адаптації до нових реалій цифрової економіки. Особливо це стосується реалій сьогодення в умовах воєнного часу. Кожному підприємству в сучасних умовах необхідно своєчасно пристосовуватися до зовнішнього середовища з метою підтримки своєї конкурентоспроможності та підвищення ефективності роботи. Особливо це стосується можливості пристосовуватися до умов надзвичайної ситуації, різновидом якої є війна. Акцент на надзвичайні ситуації та воєнні умови як різновид зроблено тому, що вони є причиною виникнення агресивних змін, які треба враховувати. У статті показано вплив агресивних економічних змін на складові інтелектуального капіталу та запропоновано систему дій, які треба виконувати підприємством в умовах воєнного часу. Для кожної складової інтелектуальної власності запропоновано перелік дій в залежності від різновиду економічних змін та причин які їх спонукають. Це дозволить уникнути низки проблем та підвищити ефективність діяльності підприємства в умовах війни. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The article analyzes the application of the concepts of "intellectual capital" and "change management", considers their varieties and shows their relationship. The relationship between these concepts is that intellectual capital can determine the readiness of the enterprise to change. In turn, the knowledge, innovation and skills of staff can be key resources when managing change. Enterprises that skillfully manage their intellectual capital can be more flexible and efficient during changes in the business environment. The importance of change management is justified by the emergence of such properties for enterprises as: increased flexibility, reduced resistance to changes, support for strategic initiatives. The changes that occur with the consideration of intellectual capital require the enterprise to rethink its strategies and approaches to adapt to the new realities of the digital economy. This is especially true of today's realities in wartime conditions. Every enterprise in modern conditions needs to adapt to the external environment in a timely manner in order to maintain its competitiveness and increase work efficiency. This especially applies to the ability to adapt to the conditions of an emergency situation, a type of which is war. In wartime conditions, there is a need to adapt to changes that affect the efficiency of the functioning of enterprises. They affect both tangible and intangible assets. Among intangible assets, significant intellectual capital should be noted, which should be taken into account in the management system of economic changes. These changes can affect the improvement of the economic situation, competition, and increase the efficiency of the enterprise. The emphasis on emergency situations and war conditions as a variety is made because they are the cause of aggressive changes that must be taken into account. The article shows the impact of aggressive economic changes on the components of intellectual capital and proposes a system of actions that must be performed by the enterprise in wartime conditions. For each component of intellectual property, a list of actions is proposed depending on the type of economic changes and the reasons that prompt them. This will avoid a number of problems and increase the efficiency of the enterpris in wartime conditions. | en |
