Захист прав інтелектуальної власності в контексті інтелектуальної безпеки підприємства

UKR: У даній статті досліджується важливість захисту прав інтелектуальної власності у контексті забезпечення інтелектуальної безпеки підприємства. Розглядаються основні аспекти захисту прав інтелектуальної власності. Аналізуються можливі загрози, які можуть виникнути при порушенні цих прав, а також визначаються стратегії та механізми захисту інтелектуальної власності на підприємстві. Дослідження показує, що ефективний захист прав інтелектуальної власності є важливою складовою інтелектуальної безпеки підприємства.

ENG: This article examines the importance of protecting intellectual property rights in the context of ensuring the intellectual security of an enterprise. The main aspects of protecting intellectual property rights are considered. Possible threats that may arise from the violation of these rights are analyzed, and strategies and mechanisms for protecting intellectual property in an enterprise are determined. The study shows that effective protection of intellectual property rights is an important component of the intellectual security of an enterprise.
