| dc.description.abstract | UKR: У роботі розглянута проблема якісної професійної підготовки випускників закладів фахової передвищої освіти у відповідності до сучасного рівня менеджменту. Зазначено, що якість освіти не завжди відповідає потребам сучасного виробництва, оскільки розвиток закладів передвищої освіти відстає від темпів розвитку сучасної економіки та виробництва, а також внаслідок нерозвиненості освітнього партнерства. Роботи дослідників дозволили ознайомитися з важливими сторонами проблеми освітнього партнерства як показника якості освіти, професійної підготовки випускників та виявити перспективи їх вирішення. Ця педагогічна проблема залишається недостатньо дослідженою, що зумовлює необхідність глибшого її вивчення. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: The paper considers the problem of high-quality professional training of graduates of institutions of professional preliminary higher education in accordance with the modern level of management. It is noted that the quality of education does not always meet the needs of modern production, since the development of pre-higher education institutions lags behind the pace of development of the modern economy and production, as well as due to the underdevelopment of educational partnerships. The researchers' work made it possible to get acquainted with the important aspects of the problem of educational partnership as an indicator of the quality of education, professional training of graduates and to identify prospects for their solution. This pedagogical problem remains insufficiently researched, which necessitates its deeper study. | en |
