Динаміка розвитку інформаційного соціуму і концепції «комплаєнс» у сучасний період

UKR: У сучасний період дуже актуальною стала проблема взаємодії культури і цивілізації. Інформаційне суспільство – це стадія розвитку цивілізації, у якій основним ресурсом стає інформація, а ключовими інструментами – цифрові технології, штучний інтелект, великі дані й інноваційні комунікаційні системи. Сучасний період розвитку суспільства характеризується кардинальними змінами у сфері взаємодії людини й інформації. Вперше за всю історію людства інформація і знання набули домінуючої позиції щодо таких найважливіших категорій, як матерія та енергія, «комплаєнс», професійна етика, корпоративна динаміка і стабільність. Саме цим засвідчивши перехід від індустріальної до інформаційної цивілізації. Побудова інформаційного суспільства, за правом, належить до пріоритетних завдань людства. Розвиток інформаційного суспільства, що часто іменується «суспільством, що навчається», нерозривно пов’язаний зі збільшенням потреби кожного громадянина в постійному підвищенні кваліфікації, оновленні знань, опануванні нових видів діяльності, чому сприяє система «комплаєнс». Вона з’єднує інформаційну, правову ,економічну і соціальну складові процесу створення культури, професійної етики і інтелектуальної перспективи розвитку держави, її структур і особистості.

ENG: In the modern period, the problem of interaction between culture and civilization has become very relevant. The information society is a stage of civilization development in which information becomes the main resource, and digital technologies become the key tools. The modern period of society's development is characterized by radical changes in the sphere of interaction between humans and information. For the first time in the history of mankind, information and knowledge have acquired a dominant position in relation to such important categories as matter and energy, "compliance", professional ethics, corporate dynamics and stability. This is precisely what has marked the transition from industrial to information civilization. Building an information society is rightfully one of the priority tasks of humanity. The development of the information society, often referred to as the "learning society", is inextricably linked to the increasing need of every citizen for constant professional development, updating of knowledge, and mastering new types of activities, which is facilitated by the "compliance" system. It combines the informational, legal, economic and social components of the process of creating culture, professional ethics and intellectual perspectives for the development of the state, its structures and personality.
