Економіка металургійної галузі: ретроспектива і перспективи конкурентоспроможності в координатах глобальних торговельних, транспортних та інформаційно-комунікаційних викликів

UKR: Стаття акцентує увагу на дослідженні проблем розвитку металургійної галузі в контексті історичних особливостей еволюції національної економіки України, її розбудови та подальшого висхідного руху. Особливого значення приділено розгляду питань її розвитку в системі «виклик-відгук», формулюванню базових принципів набуття конкурентних переваг та забезпечення міжнародної конкурентоспроможності. Розкрито засади управління міжнародною конкурентоспроможністю на рівні окремого підприємства металургійної галузі та на рівні національної економіки. Досліджено роль експорту металургійної продукції у забезпеченні зростання національної економіки, визначено переваги кластерного розташування металургійної промисловості та специфіку участі української економіки у формуванні глобальних ланцюжків вартості. Додатково акцентовано увагу на проблематиці комплексного забезпечення розгортання та підтримки ефективних логістичних коридорів вітчизняної продукції як у координатах економіки галузі, так й стосовно вдосконалення наявної системи транспортування продукції в рамках міжнародної торгівлі. Встановлено ключові принципи топологічного розташування, взаємодії та інтеграції транспортної інфраструктури як визначального фактору успішного закріплення вітчизняної металургії на глобальних ринках в умовах тріумфу інформаційного суспільства.

ENG: The article focuses on the study of the problems of the development of the metallurgical industry in the context of the historical features of the evolution of the national economy of Ukraine, its development and further upward movement. Particular importance is attached to the consideration of the issues of its development in the "challenge-response" system. The basic principles of gaining competitive advantages and ensuring international competitiveness are formulated. The principles of managing international competitiveness at the level of an individual enterprise of the metallurgical industry and at the level of the national economy are revealed. The role of the export of metallurgical products in ensuring the growth of the national economy is studied. The advantages of the cluster location of the metallurgical industry are determined. The specifics of the participation of the Ukrainian economy in the formation of global value chains are revealed. Additional attention is paid to the issues of comprehensive provision of deployment and support of effective logistics corridors of domestic products in the coordinates of the industry economy. Directions for improving the existing system of transportation of products within the framework of international trade are shown. Key principles of topological arrangement, interaction and integration of transport infrastructure have been established as a determining factor in the successful consolidation of domestic metallurgy in global markets in the conditions of the triumph of the information society.
