Система кадрової безпеки промислового підприємства

UKR: Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням створення ефективної системи кадрової безпеки промислового підприємства. Проаналізовано роль системи кадрової безпеки на ефективність функціонування промислового підприємства в сучасних умовах господарювання. Також проаналізовано значення об’єктивної та своєчасної оцінки результатів діяльності кожного працівника певного підрозділу промислового підприємства для підвищення ефективності системи кадрової безпеки підприємства. Досліджено точки зору ряду спеціалістів на поняття кадрова безпека, проте автори не повністю розкривають мету та пріоритетне завдання кадрової безпеки підприємства, а головне не відображають значення ефективної системи управління персоналу, як одного з головних чинників удосконалення системи кадрової безпеки промислового підприємства. Запропоновано сукупність критеріїв безпосередньо і опосередковано оцінюючих успішність діяльності персоналу промислового підприємства, як основу використання інтегрального показника ефективності виконання поставлених завдань кожним працівником певного підрозділу підприємства.

ENG: A prerequisite for the formation of competitive advantages at industrial enterprises, growth of performance, production and sales volumes, strengthening of positions in the global market and satisfaction of consumer needs is an increase in the level of personnel security of the enterprise. Therefore, for any enterprise, the problem of creating an effective personnel security system is of particular importance, which should guarantee stable development of the enterprise and improvement of its performance in the future. Along with organising the use of personnel at industrial enterprises, it is advisable to implement an effective personnel security system to ensure improved financial performance. In modern business, HR security is one of the key elements of the security system, as it covers the entire range of measures aimed at preventing and eliminating risks and threats, as well as negative consequences for the economic state of the enterprise related to the work and behaviour of personnel. The company's staff is a participant in the creation of added value and added value through the use of intelligence by each employee. Therefore, enterprise personnel security should be viewed as a state of enterprise security in order to avoid intellectual and personnel risks and threats. The main task of the company's personnel security is to prevent risks and threats from competitors; protect the company's property and values from destructive actions; prevent damage to financial and material resources; and create favourable conditions for the effective functioning of all departments of the company. Ensuring an optimal level of personnel security is a priority task of an effective personnel management system and efficient business activity. The formation of personnel security involves the protection of economic interests, property and property rights of the enterprise and requires the enterprise to make and implement management decisions regarding economic, legal, information and law enforcement tasks. Personnel security should be aimed at maintaining the level of security of the enterprise.
