| dc.description.abstract | UKR: В умовах переходу до економіки знань та інформаційного суспільства, інтелектуальний капітал є сукупністю інформаційно-інтелектуальної та людської складових. Інтелектуальний та людський капітал є результатом забезпечення та ефективної реалізації відповідних форм економічного потенціалу суспільства. Метою управління інтелектуальним капіталом суспільства в системі сталого розвитку є досягнення значного результату від його використання за умови оптимізації витрат на його розвиток, передусім витрат на освіту. Освіта є одним із найважливіших складників розвитку інтелектуального капіталу. В результаті дослідження вивчено умови забезпечення інтелектуального потенціалу та відтворення інтелектуального капіталу в комплексі галузей економіки знань. Можливості відтворення та реалізації інтелектуальних ресурсів обмежені. Їх рівень визначає обсяг економічних ресурсів, що виділяються бізнесом та державою, на формування та розвиток відповідної інфраструктури, яка забезпечує формування продуктивних сил, виробництво, накопичення та передачу знань. Проведено порівняльний аналіз показників досліджуваної сфери в економіці України та держав-лідерів у галузі інноваційного розвитку. Сформульовано аспекти розвитку концепції людського інтелектуального капіталу в цифровій економіці. Інтелектуальний потенціал людини визначається як сукупність здібностей індивіда на основі отриманої та обробленої інформації, що дозволяє створювати нові знання та отримувати з них вигоду та користь, у тому числі для цілей саморозвитку. На індивідуальному рівні людський інтелектуальний капітал включає інтелектуальний потенціал, що формується на основі багатокомпонентної моделі інтелекту, ментального інструментарію та неявних невідчужуваних знань. Організація представляє собою інтелектуальний соціально-економічний суб'єкт, якому притаманні, також як і працівникові, ті самі компоненти інтелекту, але у специфічному вираженні. В статті розглянуто розвиток людського інтелектуального капіталу та управління ним в умовах цифрової трансформації та застосування технологій інтелектуально-інноваційної діяльності соціально-економічних систем. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | ENG: In the conditions of the transition to the knowledge economy and the information society, intellectual capital is a combination of information intellectual and human components. Intellectual and human capital is the result of the provision and effective implementation of relevant forms of the economic potential of society. The goal of managing the intellectual capital of society in the system of sustainable development is to achieve a significant result from its use while optimizing costs for its development, primarily costs for education. Education is one of the most important components of intellectual capital development. As a result of the study, the conditions for ensuring intellectual potential and reproduction of intellectual capital in the complex of branches of the knowledge economy were studied. The possibilities of reproduction and implementation of intellectual resources are limited. Their level determines the volume of economic resources allocated by business and the state for the formation and development of the appropriate infrastructure, which ensures the formation of productive forces, production, accumulation and transfer of knowledge. A comparative analysis of the indicators of the studied sphere in the economy of Ukraine and the leading states in the field of innovative development was carried out. Proposals for the development of intellectual resources of the domestic economy have been formulated. The intellectual potential of a person is defined as a set of abilities of an individual based on the received and processed information, which allows creating new knowledge and receiving benefits and benefits from them, including for the purposes of self-development. At the individual level, human intellectual capital includes intellectual potential formed on the basis of a multi-component model of intelligence, mental tools and implicit non-alienable knowledge. The organization is an intellectual socio-economic entity that possesses the same components of intelligence as the employee, but in a specific expression. The article examines the development of human intellectual capital and its management in the conditions of digital transformation of the organization and the application of technologies of intellectual and innovative activity of the organization in the conditions of digitalization. | en |
