Інноваційний менеджмент підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах цифровізації

UKR: У статті авторами проведено комплексний аналіз міжнародного досвіду інноваційних трендів залізничного транспорту в умовах глобальної цифровізації. З'ясовано, що світові лідери галузі фокусують увагу на цифровізації, а також на екологізації. Сформовано стратегічні напрямки модернізації "Укрзалізниці", зокрема впровадження систем "розумного" управління. Обгрунтовано, що розвиток мультимодальних та інтермодальних перевезень є ключовим поштовхом для інновацій, оскільки потребує інтеграції залізниці з авіацією та автотранспортом для безперебійного переміщення пасажирів. Систематизовано вплив інтелектуальних систем на ефективність логістики через оптимізацію розподілу вантажів на вагони та автоматизований вибір найкоротших маршрутів. Особливу увагу приділено розбудові швидкісних магістралей. Сформовано концептуальну модель інноваційного менеджменту підприємств залізничного транспорту, що враховує інклюзивність, як повноцінний фактор стратегічної ефективності. Запропонована модель дозволяє відобразити принципову особливість інноваційного менеджменту в умовах цифрової трансформації: недостатній розвиток будь-якої зі складових призводить до непропорційного зниження загальної ефективності управління. Практичне значення результатів дає можливість використання запропонованих заходів у процесі повоєнного відновлення та гармонізації залізничного транспорту України системи з європейськими стандартами.

ENG: In the article, the authors conducted a comprehensive analysis of international experience in innovative trends in rail transport in the context of global digitalization. It was found that world leaders in the industry focus on digitalization through the use of artificial intelligence, Big Data and the Internet of Things (IoT), as well as on environmental protection through the development of hybrid trains and the use of renewable energy sources to reduce CO2 emissions. Strategic directions for the modernization of Ukrzaliznytsia were formed, in particular, the implementation of "smart" management systems that allow real-time monitoring of traffic conditions, detection of deviations from schedules and automatic prevention of accidents. It was substantiated that the development of multimodal and intermodal transportation is a key impetus for innovation, as it requires the integration of railways with aviation and motor transport for the uninterrupted movement of passengers. Existing models of strategic and innovative management were studied, in particular, in terms of the use of autonomous trains equipped with sensors and cameras for independent response to obstacles, which significantly increases safety and punctuality. The impact of intelligent systems on logistics efficiency is systematized through optimization of cargo distribution on wagons and automated selection of the shortest routes. Particular attention is paid to the development of high-speed highways with aerodynamic design and special infrastructure that provides high mobility and comfort. A conceptual model of innovative management of railway transport enterprises has been formed, which takes into account inclusiveness as a full-fledged factor of strategic efficiency. The proposed model allows reflecting the fundamental feature of innovative management in the conditions of digital transformation: insufficient development of any of the components leads to a disproportionate decrease in overall management efficiency. The practical significance of the results makes it possible to use the proposed measures in the process of post-war restoration and harmonization of the railway transport system of Ukraine with European standards.
