Рух інформації в обліку заробітної плати робітників сталеплавильного цеху

UKR: Для реалізації на практиці удосконаленої системи матеріального стимулювання робітників сталеплавильного цеху створено детальне інформаційне забезпечення, що включає інформацію про первинні документи, показники й умови стимулювання робітників до випуску якісної сталі. Такі умови стимулювання базуються на застосовуванні відрядно-преміальної системи оплати праці з визначенням відрядного заробітку робітників окремого підрозділу цеху за результатами конкретного циклу виготовлення сталі та використанням запропонованих оціночних показників: коефіцієнта забезпечення якості конкретним підрозділом цеху і коефіцієнта можливості використання виплавленої сталі. Виділено інформаційні потоки, що забезпечують процес розрахунку заробітної плати основних робітників сталеплавильного цеху після зміни умов системи їх матеріального стимулювання.

ENG: In order to implement the improved system of material incentives for steelmaking shop workers, a detailed information support was created, including information on primary documents, indicators and conditions for incentivising workers to produce quality steel. Such incentive conditions are based on the use of a piece-rate system of remuneration with the determination of piece-rate earnings of employees of a particular shop unit based on the results of a specific steel production cycle and the use of the proposed evaluation indicators: the quality assurance coefficient of a particular shop unit and the coefficient of the possibility of using the smelted steel. The article allocates information flows that ensure the process of calculating wages of the main workers of a steelmaking shop after changing the conditions of their incentives. In particular, the following information flows have been added to the traditional information flows for determining the wages of pieceworkers: data on planned targets for the volume of steel smelted per shift, planned steel grade, actual indicators (quality and quantity of steel) achieved per shift; information on the quality characteristics of smelted steel, on the compliance of the grade of smelted steel with the order for each smelting; actual volume of steel produced per smelting; information on the compliance of the chemical composition of produced steel with the normative values for the Appropriate information support will allow using the proposed system of incentives for workers of steelmaking shops of metallurgical enterprises to produce quality products in the conditions of any production enterprise, taking into account the peculiarities of the production technology and relevant sources of the enterprise's information base.
