UKR: В статті досліджуються сучасні методи антикризового управління, які застосовуються в умовах глобалізації та економічних змін. Висвітлено основну мету роботи, яка полягає у вивченні ефективності різних стратегій антикризового управління для підвищення стійкості та конкурентоспроможності компаній. Автор зосереджуються на аналізі таких методів, як ризик-менеджмент, стратегічне планування, кризова комунікація і моделювання та симуляції, демонструючи їх важливість та прикладну цінність. Автор зазначають, що адаптація до швидко змінних умов вимагає інтеграції та оновлення антикризових методів. Автором зроблено компаративний аналіз сучасних методів антикризового управління та порівняльний аналіз моделей антикризового управління, що допоможе обрати необхідну стратегію для ефективного управління змінами в умовах кризи. Modern economic and social conditions increasingly require organizations to respond effectively to crises using advanced risk management techniques. This article focuses on innovative approaches and strategies that enable companies to respond effectively to today's business challenges. Ukrainian enterprises have faced numerous crises over the past three years, necessitating flexibility and adaptation to complex and unpredictable circumstances. This study explores the systems and mechanisms of corporate crisis management to identify and analyse the features of effective enterprise crisis management. The modern business landscape is characterized by the continuous transformation of consumer preferences and variability of development factors, creating risks and threats for enterprise operations. To ensure economic security, it is crucial to implement comprehensive measures that form the basis of a crisis management system. Crisis scenarios can range from financial and technological crises to natural disasters and pandemics. Understanding the nature of a crisis is critical for selecting appropriate management methods. The article emphasizes the importance of a systematic approach to identifying, assessing, monitoring, and minimizing risks as the foundation for preventing crises.
