UKR: У статті розглядаються питання, пов’язані з проблемою сучасного суспільства, що потребує людей, які швидко адаптуються до змін, що відбуваються в постіндустріальному світі. Об’єктивною історичною закономірністю сьогодні є підвищення вимог до рівня освіченості людини. Згідно із загальними вимогами до підготовки фахівців, серед яких: - реалізація сучасної концепції вищої освіти у межах освітньої парадигми; - необхідність узгодження відповідності рівня підготовки студента технічного вищого навчального закладу з потребами суспільства у певних фахівцях; - актуалізація гуманізації та гуманітаризації навчання спеціалістів технічних вищих навчальних закладів.

ENG: The article looks at issues related to the problem of modern society, which requires people that can quickly adapt to the changes that are happening in the post-industrial world. An objective historical pattern at the present time is represented by the increase in the requirements for the level of education of a person. Based on the general requirements for the upskilling of specialists, these may include: - implementation of the modern concept of higher education within the framework of the knowledge-based educational paradigm; - the need to match the level of training of a student of a technical university and the needs of society in a certain kind and type of specialists; - actualization of humanization and humanitarization of training of specialists of technical universities.
