Удосконалення психофізичної підготовки курсантів ЗВО із специфічними умовами навчання, які здійснюють підготовку поліцейських

UKR: У дисертаційній роботі представлені обґрунтування і перевірка ефективності програми удосконалення психофізичної підготовки курсантів ЗВО із специфічними умовами навчання, що здійснюють підготовку поліцейських, на основі врахування індивідуально-типологічних особливостей вищої нервової діяльності здобувачів. З метою удосконалення психофізичної підготовки запропоновано: враховувати в освітньому процесі ЗВО властивості типів темпераменту курсантів; їхні мотиваційні пріоритети у виборі рухової активності; здійснювати добір засобів і методів фізичного виховання із врахуванням навантаження курсантів на аудиторних заняттях; впроваджувати контекстну технологію навчання (інтеграція: навчальної, наукової, практичної видів діяльності), на аудиторних заняттях створювати умови, максимально наближених до реальних. Методи дослідження – теоретичний аналіз спеціальної науково-методичної літератури та документальних матеріалів, педагогічні, антропометричні, фізіологічні, психодіагностичні методи дослідження, методи математичної статистики. Мета дослідження: розробити та науково обґрунтувати програму психофізичної підготовки курсантів ЗВО зі специфічними умовами навчання, які здійснюють підготовку поліцейських, на основі врахування індивідуально-типологічних особливостей вищої нервової діяльності здобувачів. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у тому, що:

• вперше науково обґрунтовано структуру та зміст програми удосконалення психофізичної підготовки курсантів ЗВО зі специфічними умовами навчання на основі врахування індивідуально-типологічних особливостей вищої нервової діяльності, яка містить: мету, завдання, принципи, засоби, методи, форми організації занять, етапи реалізації, методи та прийоми контролю;
• уперше науково обґрунтовано використання засобів та методів фізичного виховання на навчальних заняттях із освітніх компонентів «Вогнева підготовка», «Спеціальна фізична підготовка», а також в системі самостійних занять курсантів залежно від типу вищої нервової діяльності;
• вперше визначено раціональне співвідношення засобів загальної та спеціальної фізичної підготовки на різних етапах реалізації програми;
• уперше доведено позитивний влив програми психофізичної підготовки, побудованої на основі врахування індивідуально-типологічних особливостей вищої нервової діяльності на показники фізичного стану та психічні властивості курсантів ЗВО зі специфічними умовами навчання;
• доповнено дані про особливості морфофункціонального стану, фізичної підготовленості та психічних властивостей курсантів ЗВО із специфічними умовами навчання, які здійснюють підготовку поліцейських;
• доповнено відомості щодо особливостей використання в освітньому процесі ЗВО, які здійснюють підготовку поліцейських інноваційних методів навчання для підвищення ефективності психофізичної підготовки здобувачів;
• набули подальшого розвитку результати наукових досліджень щодо напрямів удосконалення психофізичної підготовки курсантів ЗВО із специфічними умовами навчання, перспектив використання засобів фізичного виховання для підвищення рівня фізичного стану здобувачів освіти та впливу засобів фізичного виховання на покращення психічних властивостей. Практична значущість полягає в розробці та впровадженні програми удосконалення психофізичної підготовки майбутніх правоохоронців в освітній процес ЗВО із специфічними умовами навчання, які здійснюють підготовку поліцейських, для покращення показників фізичного стану та психічних властивостей здобувачів. Результати дослідження можуть використовуватись для підвищення рівня готовності випускників до виконання службових обов’язків.

ENG: The dissertation presents justifications and checking the effectiveness of the program for improving the psychophysical training of cadets of higher education institutions with specific training conditions for training police officers, based on taking into account the individual and typological features of the higher nervous activity of applicants. In order to improve psychophysical training, it is proposed: to take into account the properties of cadets' temperament types in the educational process of higher education institutions; their motivational priorities in choosing physical activity; to carry out the selection of means and methods of physical education, taking into account the workload of cadets in classroom classes; to introduce contextual technology of teaching (integration: educational, scientific, practical activities), to create conditions in classroom classes that are as close as possible to real ones. Research methods – theoretical analysis of special scientific and methodological literature and documentary materials, pedagogical, anthropometric, physiological, psychodiagnostic research methods, methods of mathematical statistics. The purpose of the study: to develop and scientifically substantiate the program of psychophysical training of cadets of higher education institutions with specific training conditions who train police officers, based on taking into account the individual and typological features of the higher nervous activity of applicants. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that:

• for the first time, the structure and content of the program for improving the psychophysical training of cadets of higher education institutions with specific conditions of training were scientifically substantiated on the basis of taking into account the individual and typological features of higher nervous activity, which contains: purpose, tasks, principles, means, methods, forms of organization of classes, stages of implementation, methods and techniques of control;
• for the first time, the use of means and methods of physical education in training classes on the educational components "Fire Training", "Special Physical Training", as well as in the system of independent classes of cadets depending on the type of higher nervous activity has been scientifically substantiated;
• for the first time, the rational ratio of means of general and special physical training at different stages of the program implementation was determined;
• for the first time, the positive impact of the psychophysical training program, built on the basis of taking into account the individual and typological features of higher nervous activity on the indicators of physical condition, mental properties and motivation for success of cadets of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions, has been proven;
• data on the peculiarities of the morphofunctional state, physical fitness and mental properties of cadets of higher education institutions with specific training conditions who train police officers have been supplemented;
• information on the peculiarities of the use of HEIs in the educational process, which train police officers, has been supplemented with innovative training methods to increase the effectiveness of psychophysical training of applicants;
• the results of scientific research on the areas of improvement of psychophysical training of cadets of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions, the prospects for the use of physical education tools to increase the level of physical condition of students and the impact of physical education tools on the improvement of mental properties have been further developed. The practical significance lies in the development and implementation of a program to improve the psychophysical training of future law enforcement officers in the educational process of higher education institutions with specific training conditions that train police officers, to improve the indicators of physical condition and mental properties of applicants. The results of the study can be used to increase the level of readiness of graduates to perform official duties.
