Інтегрована модель ризик-орієнтованого управління розвитком підприємства на основі багатовимірної оцінки

UKR: Умови функціонування українських підприємств характеризуються зростанням рівня невизначеності, ускладненням зовнішнього середовища та посиленням вимог до ефективності та скоординованого управління. За таких обставин особливого значення набуває формування цілісного підходу до своєчасного та дієвого управління ризиками, здатного забезпечити узгодженість стратегічних і операційних рішень. У статті розглядаються концептуальні засади інтеграції ризик-орієнтованого підходу у систему управління розвитком підприємства, обґрунтовується необхідність використання багатовимірної оцінки для комплексного відображення ризикових процесів та підвищення адаптивності управління. Окреслюються підходи до формування цілісної системи аналізу та інтерпретації ризиків у межах управлінських процесів.

ENG: The contemporary business environment is characterized by increasing uncertainty, growing complexity of external conditions, and rising requirements for the effectiveness of managerial decision-making. Enterprises are forced to operate under conditions of instability caused by economic fluctuations, technological changes, environmental challenges, and the transformation of global markets. In this context, traditional approaches to risk management, which are often focused on isolated categories of risks, are no longer sufficient to ensure sustainable development and long-term competitiveness. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to develop an integrated approach to risk-oriented management that allows enterprises to respond effectively to multidimensional threats while maintaining strategic flexibility. Special attention is paid to the necessity of combining different types of risks into a unified analytical framework, which would support decision-making processes at various levels of management. The study focuses on the conceptualization of a management model that integrates risk assessment into the broader system of enterprise development, ensuring consistency between strategic intentions and operational activities. The issues discussed in the article include the role of risk-oriented management in modern corporate systems, the importance of multidimensional evaluation for reflecting complex interactions between risk factors, and the challenges associated with the integration of economic, environmental, and organizational components into a single management framework. Particular emphasis is placed on the need to enhance analytical support for decision-making and to ensure the adaptability of management systems to rapidly changing conditions. The proposed direction of research highlights the importance of developing methodological approaches that can provide a comprehensive understanding of enterprise development in a risk-sensitive environment. It also addresses the necessity of forming a coherent structure that links risk assessment with strategic planning and operational control, thereby creating a foundation for more effective and sustainable management practices.
