Abstract

ENG: The article examines the prerequisites for the emergence of legal regulation, provides examples of the emergence of the first ethical standards for regulating artificial intelligence, and demonstrates how these standards were implemented in the recently adopted Artificial Intelligence Act. It also examines the prospects for legal regulation of artificial intelligence systems.

UKR: У статті досліджено передумови виникнення правового регулювання, наведено приклади появи перших етичних стандартів регулювання штучного інтелекту та продемонстровано, як ці стандарти було втілено в нещодавно прийнятому Акті про штучний інтелект. Також розглянуто перспективи правового регулювання систем штучного інтелекту.
