Організація захисту комерційної таємниці на підприємстві (на прикладі ТОВ «ПТРЗ»)

UKR: В дисертації визначена комерційна таємниця, встановлено перелік інформації, яка відноситься до такої таємниці та алгоритм її визначення. Визначено ступінь відповідальності згідно вимог чинного законодавства, що передбачено у разі розголошення комерційної таємниці. На прикладі ТОВ «ПТРЗ» проаналізовано діючу систему захисту комерційної таємниці, визначено її організаційну структуру. З метою визначення оптимальних заходів спрямованих на збереження інформації виконано аналіз організаційно-економічного становища підприємства. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо впровадження ефективних та дієвих заходів покращення стану захисту комерційної таємниці підприємства.

ENG:The dissertation defines a trade secret, establishes a list of information related to such a secret and the algorithm for its determination. The degree of responsibility is determined in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, which is provided in the case of disclosure of trade secrets. The current system of trade secret protection was analyzed on the example of PTRZ LLC, its organizational structure was determined. In order to determine the optimal measures aimed at preserving information, an analysis of the organizational and economic situation of the enterprise. Recommendations for the implementation of effective and efficient measures to improve the protection of trade secrets of the enterprise are offered.
