Intellectual and Innovative Technologies: Their Significance and Types

ENG: The article considers the concept of intellectual and innovative technologies (IIT) as a key tool for the modern transformation of the economy and society. The main characteristics of IIT are described, in particular, innovativeness, intellectual component, digitalization, flexibility and adaptability. A classification of IIT is proposed by industry direction, level of innovation, degree of use of artificial intelligence, impact on society and business models. The main challenges and prospects for the development of these technologies are also outlined, in particular in aspects of security, ethics, education and legislative regulation.

UKR: У статті розглянуто поняття інтелектуальних та інноваційних технологій (ІІТ) як ключового інструменту сучасної трансформації економіки та суспільства. Описано основні характеристики ІІТ, зокрема, інноваційність, інтелектуальна складова, цифровізація, гнучкість та адаптивність. Запропоновано класифікацію ІТ за галузевою спрямованістю, рівнем інноваційності, ступенем використання штучного інтелекту, впливом на суспільство та бізнес-моделями. Також окреслено основні виклики та перспективи розвитку цих технологій, зокрема в аспектах безпеки, етики, освіти та законодавчого регулювання.
