Трансформація загроз економічній безпеці підприємства під час воєнного стану: аналіз та рекомендації

UKR: У статті досліджено специфічні фінансові проблеми, з якими стикаються українські підприємства в умовах війни. Описано основні показники економічної безпеки, які включають зниження доходів, порушення ланцюгів постачання, зростання боргового навантаження та падіння вартості активів. Представлено два підходи оцінки економічної безпеки: статичний, що фокусується на досягнутому рівні стабільності, та динамічний, який враховує часовий аспект і впливи. У статті розглядається ієрархія загроз на рівнях держави, підприємств та людей, а також запропоновано стратегії для зниження ризиків, пов'язаних з воєнними загрозами, через диверсифікацію, евакуацію, співпрацю з державними та міжнародними організаціями, створення резервів та застосування цифрових технологій. Надано рекомендації щодо стратегії забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства під час війни.

ENG: This article explores the economic security of Ukraine amidst ongoing geopolitical tensions and conflicts, particularly focusing on the implications of Russian aggression. It provides a comprehensive analysis of the current economic landscape, emphasizing the critical importance of economic stability for national resilience. The study examines various dimensions of economic security, including financial, institutional, and social aspects, and their interconnectedness in the context of globalization. The research underscores the vulnerabilities faced by Ukraine, such as inflation, currency depreciation, and supply chain disruptions, exacerbated by the protracted war. The main trends outlined in the scientific works of scientists and experts, which are outlined in relation to the prevention and mitigation of crisis consequences, are analyzed. By employing a mixed-method approach, including quantitative data analysis and qualitative interviews with key stakeholders, the article presents a nuanced understanding of the challenges and opportunities in enhancing economic security. Moreover, it discusses the role of international aid, reforms, and strategic planning in mitigating the adverse effects of conflict on the economy. The findings highlight the necessity for a coordinated response involving government, private sector, and civil society to foster resilience and sustainable development. Additionally, the paper proposes policy recommendations aimed at strengthening economic security measures, enhancing institutional capacity, and promoting social cohesion. This research contributes to the broader discourse on conflict economics and offers insights into effective strategies for countries facing similar challenges. Overall, it aims to inform policymakers, academics, and practitioners about the complex dynamics of economic security in conflict-affected regions and the critical importance of adaptive governance in navigating these challenges. Recommendations are given on the strategy of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise during the war.
