Документаційне забезпечення навчально-тренувального процесу в дитячо-юнацьких спортивних школах

UKR : Актуальність. Оволодіння спеціальною документацією у сфері фізичної культури і спорту є невід’ємним чинником формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців. Під час навчання у закладах вищої освіти ознайомлення студентів спеціальностей фізичного виховання і спорту з робочою документацією відіграє провідну роль, оскільки сприяє глибшому розумінню особливостей майбутньої професійної діяльності. Така підготовка забезпечує формування професійної дипломатичності та етичної культури тренера, що, у свою чергу, сприяє підвищенню суспільної довіри до тренерсько-викладацької діяльності. Мета дослідження є аналіз нормативної та методичної документації, яка регламентує організацію й здійснення навчально-тренувальної роботи в дитячо-юнацьких спортивних школах. Матеріали і методи дослідження. У процесі роботи використано такі методи: аналіз спеціальної науково-методичної літератури, вивчення наказів Міністерства молоді та спорту України, постанов Кабінету Міністрів України, а також здійснене узагальнення та систематизація матеріалів з наукових джерел і відкритих інтернет-ресурсів. Результати дослідження. Встановлено, що зміст навчальної дисципліни «Документообіг у сфері фізичної культури і спорту» на рівні підготовки бакалавра має передбачати формування знань і вмінь, необхідних для організації та здійснення навчально-тренувального процесу в умовах діяльності дитячо-юнацьких спортивних шкіл. Висновки. Професійна підготовка фахівців з фізичної культури і спорту повинна являти собою цілісну систему, що об’єднує комплекс заходів, методів і прийомів, орієнтованих на формування професійних компетентностей. Вона має мати чітку структуру, враховувати специфіку галузі та поєднувати теоретичну і практичну підготовку. Реалізація діяльнісного підходу в освітньому процесі передбачає інтеграцію тренерсько-викладацької та управлінської діяльності майбутнього фахівця. Урахування всіх складових професійної підготовки забезпечить високу результативність їх подальшої професійної діяльності.

ENG: Mastering special documentation in the field of physical education and sports is an integral factor in the formation of professional competence of future specialists. During training in higher education institutions, familiarizing students of physical education and sports specialties with working documentation plays a leading role, as it contributes to a deeper understanding of the features of future professional activity. Such training ensures the formation of professional diplomacy and ethical culture of the coach, which, in turn, contributes to increasing public trust in coaching and teaching activities. The aim of the study is the purpose of the study is to analyze the regulatory and methodological documentation that regulates the organization and implementation of educational and training work in children's and youth sports schools. Research material and methods. The following methods were used in the process of work: analysis of special scientific and methodological literature, study of orders of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, as well as generalization and systematization of materials from scientific sources and open Internet resources. Results. It was established that the content of the academic discipline "Document circulation in the field of physical culture and sports" at the bachelor's level should provide for the formation of knowledge and skills necessary for the organization and implementation of the educational and training process in the conditions of children's and youth sports schools. Conclusions. Professional training of specialists in physical culture and sports should be a holistic system that combines a set of measures, methods and techniques aimed at the formation of professional competencies. It should have a clear structure, take into account the specifics of the industry and combine theoretical and practical training. The implementation of the activity approach in the educational process involves the integration of the coaching, teaching and management activities of the future specialist. Taking into account all components of professional training will ensure high efficiency of their further professional activity.
