Особливості управління аутсорсинговою ІТ-компанією на сучасному ринку іт-технологій: виклики, підходи та перспективи

UKR: У статті проаналізовано особливості управління аутсорсинговою ІТ-компанією в сучасних умовах глобалізації та прискореного технологічного розвитку. Розглянуто вплив воєнних дій в Україні, пандемії та віддалених форматів роботи на організацію внутрішніх процесів, мотивацію персоналу та взаємини з міжнародними замовниками. Показано, що оптимальне поєднання класичних і гнучких підходів (Waterfall, Agile, гібридні моделі), стратегічні інструменти аналізу (SWOT, PESTLE, Porter’s Five Forces), а також формування планів безперервності бізнесу (BCP) сприяють швидкій адаптації компаній до умов невизначеності та посиленню конкурентних переваг. Окреслено перспективи розвитку високоспеціалізованих ніш (FinTech, MedTech, Big Data, Automotive) та впровадження інновацій, зокрема технологій штучного інтелекту, як ключових драйверів індустрії.

ENG: The article analyzes the specifics of managing an IT outsourcing company under conditions of globalization and rapid technological development. It explores the impact of the military conflict in Ukraine, the pandemic, and remote work formats on internal organizational processes, personnel motivation, and relationships with international clients. The study shows that an optimal combination of classical and agile methods (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid models), strategic analysis tools (SWOT, PESTLE, Porter’s Five Forces), and the development of business continuity plans (BCP) enhance companies’ adaptability to uncertainty and strengthen their competitive advantages. Future prospects include the development of highly specialized niches (FinTech, MedTech, Big Data, Automotive) and the implementation of innovative solutions, particularly AI technologies, as key drivers of the industry.
