Lawyer's Activities in Protection of Intellectual Property Rights

ENG: The constitutional principles of providing professional legal assistance enshrine new legislative approaches proposed by the current legislation, which regulates the professional activities of lawyers in providing such assistance in the protection of intellectual property rights. Such legislative approaches are marked by a discussion in the legal community of draft laws of Ukraine, the purpose of which is to improve the regulatory regulation of the professional activities of lawyers in the protection of intellectual property rights, taking into account the provisions of the new draft Civil Code of Ukraine.

UKR: Конституційні засади надання професійної правничої допомоги закріплюють нові законодавчі підходи, запропоновані чинним законодавством, яке регламентує професійну діяльність адвокатів з надання такої допомоги при захисті прав інтелектуальної власності. Такі законодавчі підходи знаменуються обговоренням у юридичній спільноті проектів законів України, метою яких є удосконалення нормативного регулювання професійної діяльності адвокатів при захисті прав інтелектуальної власності з урахуванням положень нового проекту Цивільного кодексу України.
