Аналізуються можливі наслідки недодержання комплаєнс-вимог у цьому контексті та надаються рекомендації щодо управління комплаєнс-ризиками для успішного впровадження інноваційних рішень.

ENG: This article examines the issue of compliance risks in the field of innovation commercialization. It explains how innovation projects can be exposed to risks of violating legal requirements or business standards. It examines strategies and tools that help maintain compliance with legal regulations during the innovation commercialization process. It analyzes the possible consequences of non-compliance in this context and provides recommendations for managing compliance risks for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.
