Комплексний підхід до створення бізнес-екосистеми економічної безпеки підприємств України в умовах воєнної економіки та післявоєнного відновлення

UKR: У статті досліджено сутність комплекcного підходу до побудови бізнес-екосистеми економічної безпеки підприємства України в умовах воєнної економіки. Економічна безпека підприємств є фундаментальною складником їхнього сталого розвитку в умовах війни, повоєнного відновлення та складних викликів сучасності. Сучасний світ стикається з численними ризиками, такими як військові конфлікти, цифрові трансформації, соціальні потрясіння та економічні кризи. У таких умовах підприємства мають пристосувати свої системи керування до навколишнього середовища, виявляючи та класифікуючи ризики безпеки для мінімізації їхнього впливу. В статті вдосконалено модель екосистеми управління економічною безпекою підприємства в умовах воєнної економіки та післявоєнного відновлення, яка враховує фінансові, операційні, ризикові та зовнішні чинники. Визначено ключових акторів системи, таких як підприємства, банки, уряд, міжнародні організації, органи безпеки, військові структури. Запропоновано динамічну модель взаємодії між учасниками економічної безпеки з урахуванням воєнних ризиків. Очікуваними результатами впровадження моделі є підвищення стійкості підприємства до кризових явищ, забезпечення безпеки у довгостроковій перспективі та активна участь підприємства у повоєнному відновленні країни.

ENG: The article explores the essence of a comprehensive approach to building a business ecosystem of economic security of an enterprise in Ukraine in the conditions of a war economy. Economic security of enterprises is a fundamental component of their sustainable development in the conditions of war, post-war recovery and complex challenges of modernity. The modern world faces numerous risks, such as military conflicts, digital transformations, social upheavals and economic crises. In such conditions, enterprises must adapt their management systems to the environment, identifying and classifying security risks to minimize their impact. The article improves the model of the ecosystem of economic security management of an enterprise in the conditions of a war economy and post-war recovery, which takes into account financial, operational, risk and external factors. Key actors of the system are identified, such as enterprises, banks, government, international organizations, security agencies, military structures. includes 23 different actors — subjects of the security system, which were grouped into six categories: customers, suppliers and partners, military and security actors, support and state institutional environment, critical infrastructure and assistance, components of the information system for monitoring the state of economic security. A dynamic model of interaction between participants in economic security is proposed, taking into account military risks. The expected results of implementing the model are increasing the enterprise's resilience to crisis phenomena, ensuring security in the long term, and the enterprise's active participation in the country's post-war reconstruction. The formation of such innovative ecosystems in the field of economic security will allow creating an intellectual and digital environment that will make it possible to synergistically integrate unique technological, professional, and information resources, as well as build effective strategies for protecting one's interests for the future.
