Актуальні проблеми розвитку IP-права

UKR: Досліджено актуальні проблеми розвитку IP-права. Розкрито окремі загальні проблеми розвитку національного ІР-права та ІР-законодавства. Визначено сучасні аспекти та питання організації судової експертизи порушених IP-прав, а також нагляду і контролю в ІР-сфері. Розглянуто актуальні проблеми окремих інститутів та юридичної відповідальності в ІР-праві. Для науковців, викладачів, аспірантів, юристів-практиків, студентів закладів вищої освіти, працівників судових, правоохоронних та експертних органів.

ENG: The study addresses current issues in the development of IP law. It explores specific general problems related to the development of national IP law and legislation. The research identifies contemporary aspects and issues of organizing judicial expertise on infringed IP rights, as well as oversight and control in the IP sphere. It examines pressing issues within certain institutions and legal liability in IP law. This work is intended for researchers, educators, postgraduate students, legal practitioners, students of higher education institutions, and employees of judicial, law enforcement, and expert bodies.
