Делегування повноважень: переваги та недоліки

UKR: У статті розглядається сутність делегування повноважень як одного з ключових інструментів ефективного управління в умовах сучасного бізнес-середовища. Висвітлено основні принципи та види делегування, а також наведено приклади їх практичного застосування. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу переваг і недоліків цього процесу для керівників та організацій загалом. Окреслено рекомендації для підвищення ефективності делегування у компаніях. Зазначено, що делегування не лише оптимізує управлінську діяльність, а й сприяє розвитку корпоративної культури та формуванню лідерських якостей серед персоналу. Робота базується на сучасних дослідженнях та практичних матеріалах 2023–2025 років.

ENG: The article examines the essence of delegation of authority as one of the key tools of effective management in the modern business environment. The main principles and types of delegation are highlighted, and examples of their practical application are given. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of this process for managers and organizations in general. Recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of delegation in companies are outlined. It is noted that delegation not only optimizes management activities, but also contributes to the development of corporate culture and the formation of leadership qualities among personnel. The work is based on modern research and practical materials of 2023–2025.
