Щодо питання пошуку можливостей удосконалення механізмів визначення об'єктності корисних моделей у патентному праві України

UKR: Досліджено проблематику правової природи корисної моделі та її місця в системі об’єктів патентного права у працях вітчизняних науковців; виокремлено основні проблеми щодо функціонування сучасних механізмів визначення об’єктності корисних моделей та зазначені фактори, що впливають на ефективність вирішення цих проблем; пропоновано шляхи вдосконалення існуючих механізмів визначення об’єктності корисних моделей.

ENG: The problems of the legal nature of the utility model and its place in the system of objects of patent law in the works of domestic scientists have been investigated; the main problems regarding the functioning of modern mechanisms for determining the objectivity of utility models have been singled out and the factors influencing the effectiveness of solving these problems have been indicated; ways to improve the existing mechanisms for determining the objectivity of utility models have been proposed.
