The subject of research is a change management system. The problem to be solved is to improve the efficiency of railroad transport enterprises in the field of passenger transportation by introducing a change management system. In the study, the concept of the formation of a change management system in the field of passenger transportation of railroad transport in Ukraine under wartime conditions was devised. Since the conditions of war refer to a variety of emergencies, the concept of "emergency situation", its types, characteristics, and signs that describe its existence are considered. The conditions of emergencies are defined. The properties of total and hybrid war affect the fundamental features of the state management of railroad passenger transport in Ukraine, the work of state departments and railroad passenger transport management enterprises. Taking into account the peculiarities of each type of war and the principles of the state, a system of interconnection of the features and principles of the state management of railroad passenger transportation with possible aggressive changes under wartime conditions was built. Such a system is the core of the devised concept of formation and modeling a change management system in the field of railroad passenger transportation in Ukraine under war conditions. Within the framework of the concept, a strategy is formed – a set of actions during an emergency of a military nature. Based on this concept, in the future, it is possible to construct stages of research, the existence of which could make it possible to build a model of the concept, namely the processes of forming a system of changes.Item type:Item, Correction of Behavior when Working with Psychotrauma in War Conditions(The legal entity "ASPECT-PRO" LTD, Bulgaria, 2023) Golovkova, Liudmyla S.; Sheviakov, Oleksii ; Ostapenko, Ihor S.ENG: The Russian invasion of Ukraine has led to massive destruction of the economy and the amount of losses is estimated at more than 700 billion dollars. Changes in the external environment of the company's operations, the structure of demand for sandwich panels with different insulation materials require changes in its marketing strategy in terms of product mix. Based on the analysis of the business portfolio, such strategic decisions as "BUILD", "HOLD", harvesting and elimination strategies are proposed. A study of the company's customers was The purpose of the article was to find out the specifics of the work of psychologists and psychotherapists with psychotraumas at the behavioral level during the war. Methods. Original psychological methods are proposed and methods of psychological assistance for psychological injuries during the war are described in detail. A complex of scientific and educational cycles of psycho-educational materials is presented, which change the military cadre into a resource one, which is actively introduced into the educational process and implemented in applied professional activities in various fields of psychological science and practice. A set of practical exercises, methods of neurolinguistic programming, individual practices of working with yourself are presented. The results. Key errors of behavior in war conditions, ways of transition from a state of decline to a state of elevation are analyzed. Scientific novelty. The study revealed the eculiarities of social functioning when working with psychotrauma in the conditions of war. The practical significance. Eriksonian hypnosis is offered in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder - a complex mental condition that occurs as a result of trauma. The experience of hypnotherapy as an artificial lie therapy for a positive result is presented. The conducted investigations allow us to draw preliminary conclusions. Indeed, work with psychotrauma in the conditions of war is accompanied by critical moments, the most difficult of which is behavior correction. Providing psycho-prophylactic help by applying the proposed correction method allows you to prevent extremely negative consequences that can deform the personality. Accordingly, further development and approval of the corrective behavioral method of psychoprophylaxis against a wider background is necessary in order to recommend its use to specialists in behavioral economics.Item type:Item, Cultural Deprivation and the Importance of Education(Scientific Center of Innovative Research, Estonia, 2026) Sizov, Vitalii; Sheviakov, Oleksii; Slavska, Yanina; Bobyl, Volodymyr V.; Matusevich, OleksiiENG: The article considers the problems of forming cognitive characteristics of subjects who are subject to the destructive influence of cultural deprivation phenomena. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the trends of cultural deprivation in the modern education system. The study highlights the main characteristics and forms of cultural deprivation. The authors propose as basic characteristics the role and significance of education in conditions of cultural deprivation, as well as a number of forms of manifestation of cultural deprivation. According to the concept of L.S. Vygotsky, it is noted that the education system and pedagogical forms occupy a key place in the nature of cultural deprivation, since subjective deprivation is not an innate, but an acquired quality of the subject. The authors substantiate the position that different cultural environments (the so-called value vectors), acting simultaneously, are not capable of forming socially significant value orientations of the individual, but offer certain "options" or "freedom" of choice, limited only by narrow group relations. The article analyzes the process of substitution, or the likeness of substitution of social values, which lays the foundations of cultural deprivation in society, which, in turn, leads to the degradation of education and a decrease in the cognitive characteristics of individuals, that is, the effect of participation. The emphasis is on the crisis of education, and the means of preventing crisis phenomena in the context of cultural deprivation are considered. The concept of cultural and historical development of L.S. Vygotsky is considered as a methodological basis for preventing crisis phenomena in the education system. Thus, the concept of cultural and historical development can be contrasted with modern processes of cultural deprivation.Item type:Item, Determinants of Opposition to Modern Cultural Diffusion in the Theory of L. Vygotsky(Scientific Center of Innovative Researches OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia), 2025) Sizov, Vitalii; Sheviakov, Oleksii; Slavska, Yanina; Alforov, OleksanrENG: The article deals with the essence and meaning of the cultural-historical theory of L. Vygotsky, who revealed the social nature of formation of a personality's mental qualities. The main objective of the study is to analyze the trends of multiculturalism as a counterbalance to the process of cultural diffusion. The study highlights the elements of pedagogical technology, which should be based on a cultural and historical basis and, in turn, provides support for the formation of a general concept of education in society. The psychological features of understanding the patterns of the pedagogy development and the formation of methodological basis of the pedagogical science in the modern socio-cultural space are stated. According to L. Vygotsky's concept, the cultural development of a child involves a process in which biological characteristics (ability to remember and think) are transformed into social ones, and the social ones are transformed into psychological ones, modifying the mechanisms of cognitive processes of manifestation and development of memory and thinking. L. Vygotsky substantiates that with this development, the reflex mechanisms fade into the background, but the socio-cultural ones become a priority. The sources characterizing social relations and social interaction, which can become an internal higher mental function, are analyzed. In the act of experiencing, their dramatic collision is melted down and results in a change of the personality structure, becoming an act of development. The topic of social relations that form patterns and models of behaviour is actualized. The emphasis is made on the fact that social relations are not always reduced to collective ones, the sociality can serve as a source of personal experience. The concept of a sign is considered, where consciousness manipulates symbols and concepts. Thus, the cultural-historical theory of L. Vygotsky as an example of cultural relativism can be opposed to modern processes of cultural diffusion.Item type:Item, The Development of Ecological (Green) and Rural Tourism for the Disabled People in Ukraine(Дніпровський національний університет імені Олеся Гончара, Дніпро, 2023) Golovkova, Liudmyla S.; Yukhnovska, Yulia O.; Ryzhenko, Oleksii M.ENG: The research is devoted to analysis of the development of ecological (green) and rural tourism for the disabled people in Ukraine. For solving the set task the following investigation methods were used in the work: dialectical method, analysis and synthesis (research of existing ecological and rural routes by the territory of national natural parks of the regions of Ukraine), graphical method (for illustration of the results of the research); systematic-structural and expert analysis (for definition of priority routes of ecological (green) and rural tourism for the disabled participants and victims of the antiterrorist operation, people with disabilities, disabled children and elderly persons). The study highlights the need to create effective mechanisms to ensure the formation, development and use of leadership competencies in undergraduate and graduate students in the context of digital transformations, as a basis for increasing the competitiveness of entrepreneurship in countries. This determines the need and relevance of further scientific research in the field of developing conceptual theoretical and methodological approaches and practical recommendations that allow you to effectively form and build intellectual capital in the context of complex digital transformations. In the context of the formation of the digital economy, the traditional understanding of the main factors of enterprise competitiveness that stimulate the growth of business value based on maximizing its own profits has been replaced by other theories in which institutions, knowledge, management of leadership competencies, trust systems, corporate culture, intellectual and human capital play a significant role. Changes that occur in the economy and are associated with the development and implementation of digital technologies significantly affect the already formed business models. New materials, augmented reality, additive technologies, unmanned vehicles, advanced robotics, cloud computing and data storage, biometric and implanted technologies, big data and machine learning, a huge range of financial technologies and much more - all these phenomena effectively use information technology. The research methods are historical and empirical methods, the method of scientific abstraction, methods of analysis and synthesis, the method of system analysis. Scientific novelty consists in the development of a comprehensive approach to the development of leadership competencies in bachelor’s and master’s students by introducing modern digital processes in the educational process of universities; implementation of educational programs related to the formation of basic and specialized entrepreneurial competencies, the development of entrepreneurial thinking and culture, which will accelerate the entry of countries into the developed digital environment; automation of business processes, new methods of attracting customers, reducing the time for decision-making, reducing costs. The fate of the educational organization as an institutional and infrastructural element of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, which enhances its own characteristics as an entrepreneurial structure, is determined. Transformation into an entrepreneurial structure allows it to set entrepreneurial goals to increase income and use the qualities inherent in such a structure (initiative, focus on market share, etc.) to optimize entrepreneurial education. The study also examines the components of the intellectual capital of small and medium-sized businesses, in which the main ones are human capital in combination with organizational and relationship capital in the context of digitalization, as opportunities to ensure the competitiveness of domestic enterprises.Item type:Item, Development of Non-Professional Physical Education Among Students: Literature Review of Psychological and Pedagogical Support(Scientific Center of Innovative Research OÜ (Estonia), 2023) Prykhodko, Volodymyr; Sheviakov, Oleksii; Burlakova, Iryna; Slavska, Yanina; Cherednichenko, OleksiiENG: In the case of specialties called "civilian", the focus is not on the nature and specificity of official operations using physical qualities, as is the case in the practice of professional physical training, but other approaches. The purpose of the research is to actualize the need and reveal the essence of such an aspect of physical education as non-professional physical education of students. The methods of theoretical research, study and generalization of data from literary sources, abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction are used. An innovative approach to strengthening the educational component of the educational discipline "Physical Culture" in institutions of general secondary education and "Physical Education" in institutions of higher education has been transformed into research and practice in a number of countries. Nonprofessional physical education is a high level of physical education. The main sign of education is the inclusion of a person in physical activity. In institutions of higher education, this is a pedagogical process that should "close" the long-term withdrawal of youth with physical education. The results of the formation of the theoretical thinking of the projective type necessary for an educated person are foreseen. In the course of such conscious physical education, which is not the same as physical literacy, the values and goals of using physical education in various situations, which are constantly changing, are formed. These are also abilities necessary for creating an image of "myself in the future", designing and implementing systems of own physical education classes. Non-professional physical education of students of civil specialties should contribute to the formation of a person capable of using physical education. Non-professional physical education is singled out as an independent direction, which is determined by the characteristics of the personality of adults: the complexity of organizing reflection, communication, understanding, self-determination of a person and goal setting. The results of the research can be useful and applied in practice by specialists in physical culture and education.Item type:Item, Diagnostics of the Transformation of Intellectual Capital Properties in Ukraine(Український державний університет науки і технологій, Дніпро, 2024) Bobyl, Volodymyr V.; Hannouf, KaterynaENG: The focus of this study is on the analysis of transformations of the nation's intellectual capital during the period preceding the conflict. To achieve this goal, the author analyzes the main areas of recovery of a bank's activities in crisis conditions, namely: increasing the level of equity capital; additional financing; sale of assets; restructuring of liabilities. It is established that during the period of martial law, it is necessary to implement the Plan for Restoring Financial Stability in a Crisis, which was developed by the bank in advance. The purpose of this Plan is to develop measures in advance to support the bank's continuing operations in the event of a significant deterioration in its financial condition due to changes in internal and external environment factors. This plan should define in advance a set of options and tools for actions in various stressful situations, including martial law. In combination with other anti-crisis banking instruments, the areas of self-healing should be diverse and varied. It is noted that the assessment of the effectiveness of the bank's recovery areas should be carried out through the procedure of stress testing of the main banking risks: credit, liquidity and market. The authors identify the main criteria for successful self-healing of a bank under martial law: compliance by the bank with economic standards and internal restrictions; stopping the outflow of customer funds; creating a sufficient stock of liquid resources; achieving an optimal balance between assets and liabilities by maturity; no bank debt in fulfilling customer payment documents; full repayment of debt or reaching an agreement on debt restructuring to stakeholders; an increase in the share of standard loans; a steady trend toward improved financial results; the closure of unprofitable business lines. It is concluded that in 2022, the banking sector operated smoothly, maintained liquidity, and provided loans, although with due regard to the peculiarities of wartime. This was made possible by identifying areas of self-healing for banks, as well as sector reforms carried out in previous years by the national regulator.Item type:Item, Financial Strategy of Management for Marketing and Communication Design in Smart Economy Conditions(Vytautas Magnus University Agriculture Academy, Lithuania, 2023) Lozhachevska, Olena; Taranenko, Artem S.; Raikovska, Inna; Pleskach, Oleksandr; Kupchyshynа, Olga; Shatskaya, Zorina; Puzyryova, PolinaENG: The purpose of the study is to assess the effectiveness of a financial strategy for marketing and communication design management in a smart economy. The purpose of the study is to actualize the need and reveal the essence of such an aspect of physical education as a motivational component of value orientations. The methods of theoretical research, study and generalization of data from literary sources, abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, empirical research are used. An innovative approach to strengthening the motivational component of the educational discipline of value orientations in mini-basketball classes has gained scientific and practical application in a number of countries. Mini-basketball is a high level of dynamic physical education and sport. The main feature of education is the inclusion of the child in motor activity. In sports facilities, this is a pedagogical process that should "close" a child's long-term withdrawal from physical education. The results of the formation of the value-based thinking of the projective type necessary for the child are foreseen. In the course of such conscious physical education, which is not the same as physical activity, the values and goals of using physical education in various game situations are formed, which are constantly changing. These are also the abilities necessary to create a motivational image of "myself in the future", design and implement systems of own minibasketball lessons. Systematic physical education of children should contribute to the formation of a motivated personality. Playing minibasketball stands out as an independent direction, which is determined by the characteristics of the child's personality: the complexity of organizing reflection, communication, understanding, self-determination and goal setting. The results of the research can be useful and applied in practice by physical culture and sports specialists.Item type:Item, Gender Features of Anticipation of Legal Specialists(Dnipropetrovsk State University of Internal Affairs, Dnipro, 2019) Agarkov, Oleh A.; Sheviakov, Oleksiy; Burlakova, Iryna; Shramko, Ihor A.ENG: The article identifies the main approaches to the study of the phenomenon of anticipation. The concept of anticipation ability is investigated. The differences between the concepts of foreboding and intuition were identified. The specific work of legal professionals is characterized. The features of anticipation ability of representatives of different professional groups of legal professionals, as well as depending on the gender of the respondents, are considered. Indicators of overcoming behavior in different professional groups of legal professionals and with gender are analyzed. It is established that every profession, in addition to physical and psychological characteristics, has at its core personal qualities that contribute to a successful human activity. First of all, it should be attributed to professions where the object of professional activity is another person and their interaction depends on the qualities of each. It is emphasized that, in addition to professional qualities, a lawyer in the field of law has personal properties, one of which is anticipation, which is an integrative property, the degree, depth and manifestation of which depend on its level. An empirical study of legal practitioners' foresight has identified the most important links between mutual expectation parameters and expectation parameters with predictive behavior strategies. Gender differences of legal professionals have been identified, namely that men tend to be more “Reflexive”, “Strategic Planning” and “Preventive” than women. Women are less likely to build a clear plan with a hierarchy of goals, assess possible stressors and potential problems, with predictable outcomes and prepare actions to counteract these stressors and problems.Item type:Item, The History of Medicine as An Element of the Psychoprophylaxis of the Crisis of Professional Training Among Veterinary Medical Specialists(Scientific Center of Innovative Research OÜ, Estonia, 2022) Sheviakov, Oleksiy; Burlakova, Iryna; Kornienko, Victoria; Vakulik, Vyacheslav; Slavska, YaninaENG: The article defines the main approaches to the psychological support of the process of preventing the crisis of professional training in higher education seekers. The main purpose of the article is to understand the place and role of a person in the digital environment and to overcome the forms of alienation in the algorithmically directed sphere of social existence that provide him or her with a sense of freedom through spatial mobility in leisure, travel, and entertainment. The risks of sensory isolation, emotional exhaustion, fragmentation of attention, and changes in sensation, perception of space and time are included in the analysis. The subject of the analysis is the identification of opportunities and threats that cause a change in a person’s worldview. Theoretical basis. The study is based on modern approaches to technology and socio-cultural analysis of human relations. The authors rely on the SWOT analysis methodology to assess the positive and negative effects of digitalisation, which correct human perception of reality and influence the worldview. Originality. The authors propose their own view on the digitalisation of services as a factor of anthropological transformation in the context of human-technology relations, which changes the quality of human existence and leisure. It is proved that the concept of "Homo travels" defines a new anthropological model of mobile human behaviour, for whom travel is a form of self-knowledge, meaning-making, interaction with the social world and the digital aggressive environment. An attempt is made to analyse the phenomenon of the latest technologies, within which the new digital mobility poses challenges to human autonomy, emotional stability and identity, resulting in a new worldview that transforms human emotions, which become a catalyst for change and move into a new dimension of interaction between the physical and virtual environment. Conclusions. The paper states that the digitalisation of services creates a new format of social interactions, expands the possibilities of self-knowledge, but subject to their ethical and human-centred implementation. By introducing the concept of Homo travels, the authors emphasise that the process of digitalisation in the transport sector transforms a person from a passive object of utilitarian use of technology into an active participant in socio-cultural processes that shape human life, act as a means of socialisation, a condition for personal self-improvement, and also contribute to cognitive and emotional-psychological development.Item type:Item, Impact of Information and Communication Technology on the Digital Economy(Український державний університет науки і технологій, Дніпро, 2024) Kaira, Z.; Golovkova, Liudmyla S.; Vaschenko, О. P.; Vaschenko, О.ENG: The article explores the impact of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and their role and place in the dynamics of the digital economy. The aim of this research is to assess the impact of the digital economy on GDP per capita in EU countries. Methodology. Analysis of ICT as a key factor in enhancing economic growth through the implementation of digital technology opportunities. Panel data from Eurostat and the World Bank covering EU countries from 2014 to 2021 were used for analysis. A correlation analysis was then conducted between variables, and the model was relevant for forecasting. Results. The number of studies on the impact of Information and Communication Technologies on the economic growth of countries has increased in recent years. However, there is still no assessment of the real GDP impact on the level of household Internet access in the EU area. Studying this gap in the literature allows us to draw conclusions about the implications for stakeholders regarding more effective implementation of the digital agenda. Scientific novelty. The digital economy, measured by Internet, mobile phone, and fixed broadband access, influences the economic growth of a country. This, in turn, depends on the level of technology measures covering the digital economy. ICT positively influence the development of countries' economies and can be used as tools by stakeholders. These agents should generate policies that enhance ICT technological infrastructure, digital empowerment of the population, and greater access to ICT. The GDP level model is presented as a function of Internet access for households in the EU area along with a short-term forecast for this index. It is shown that investments in ICT infrastructure are indispensable for the development of a strong knowledge- and digital technology-based economy. Practical significance. The research results will help in identifying opportunities and levers of influence for governmental institutions and other socio-economic systems on the impact of digital economy development processes on GDP per capita in EU countries.Item type:Item, Improving the Development of Sports in the Conditions of Ukraine: a Sociological Study(The legal entity "ASPECT-PRO" LTD, Bulgaria, 2023) Prykhodko, Volodymyr; Sheviakov, Oleksii ; Dolbysheva, Nina; Cherednichenko, OleksiiENG: The purpose of the article was to record and track, based on a set of indicators, the opinion of experts regarding the practice of using the "sports region" effect to improve the development of the field of sports in the conditions of a separate region and Ukraine. Methods. The main method of collecting empirical material is an expert survey using a questionnaire. The methods of extrapolation, exploratory and normative forecasting were used to analyze the obtained statistical material. The results. Taking into account the existence of "sports regions" should be an important part of the strategy for the development of Olympic and nonOlympic sports in Ukraine, as this is confirmed by the support of experts. To achieve this, sports organizations and authorities should develop plans aimed at supporting the development of sports in individual regions. Scientific novelty. The study revealed the peculiarities of the development of the sphere of sports in the conditions of Ukraine. The practical significance. In view of supporting the development of sports that already have long-term and steady success, it is important to provide financial support, infrastructural base and promote the popularization of these sports in the areas where they are most developed. To achieve faster results in sportsmanship, the allocation of resources and support to athletes and teams from regions that already have a high level of achievement should be promoted. Institutions of higher education in the regions of Ukraine should include in the planning of scientific research the analysis of "sports regions" to improve the scientific base and development of sports.Item type:Item, Internal Control System as a Factor of Reliability in Management Reporting Under Conditions of Economic Turbulence(RITHA PUBLISHING HOUSE, 2026) Shchyrba, Iryna; Khmeliuk, Alona; Budko, Oksana; Bobyl, Volodymyr V.; Salo, YanaENG: This paper examines the role of internal control systems (ICS) in ensuring the reliability of management reporting under conditions of economic turbulence. Using a panel dataset of 52 Ukrainian enterprises over the period 2020–2024, the research applies fixed-effects and dynamic panel (System GMM) models to evaluate both the direct and moderating effects of internal control and macroeconomic instability. The results indicate that internal control systems have a significant positive impact on reporting reliability, while economic turbulence negatively affects the quality of management information. Importantly, the interaction between internal control and turbulence reveals a buffering effect, demonstrating that mature control systems partially mitigate the adverse impact of external shocks. Firm size and profitability further enhance reporting reliability, whereas financial leverage increases the risk of distortions. The study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the stabilizing role of internal control systems in volatile environments and offers practical implications for strengthening risk-oriented governance and digital control mechanisms to support resilient decision-making.Item type:Item, Marginalization of Man in Technical Civilization(Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies, Dnipro, Ukraine, 2025) Yao, X.; Radkevich, Tetiana O.; Charkina, Tetiana Yu.ENG: Purpose. This article aims to study ways of reconsidering the naive and optimistic view of technology in contemporary philosophical literature. Theoretical basis. The research draws on the concepts of phenomenology and philosophical anthropology. Originality. The focus of critical reflection is on negative trends in technological development that pose a threat to humanity’s survival. In this context, the in-depth study of philosophical questions about what technology is and what it means to be human becomes particularly relevant. Naive interpretations often suggest that technology plays a central role in shaping human identity. For instance, Marxism embodies this idea, viewing the level of technological development (tools and means of production) as both a primary factor in historical human formation and a measure of social progress. Naivety also manifests in the belief that radical global change is justified. However, as modern scholars of the history of philosophy and philosophy of technology convincingly argue, these views are superficial and rely on partial readings of classical texts. Today, the recognition of non-technical factors – such as language, rituals, and play – in human development is widely accepted and productive. A deeper understanding of current technological interpretations opens new perspectives for exploring humans’ role in culture and exploring human responsibility. Conclusions. In modern times, the most urgent issue is how people’s relationship with technology is evolving. This is reflected in growing uncertainty and fear. Modern researchers warn that the naive reception of technology as a tool results in disconnecting technology from culture, philosophy, and ethics. The emancipation of technical rationality from value-based one, breaking the link between philosophy and science, truth and goodness, is particularly troubling. Consequently, there is an urgent need to find ways to humanize technology, beginning with a fundamental rethink of the technomorphic view that defines humans as tool makers. The marginalization of humans stems from the dominance of ideas portraying technology as an external tool. Recognizing the importance of language, rituals, and play in human development is both profound and justified. The notion that technology is a means to realize human essence – that is, working on oneself (psyche) – remains compelling. Moving beyond naive views of technology and developing sound philosophical frameworks is a crucial step towards understanding human nature and discovering one’s purpose in the universe. A detailed exploration of this concept will be the subject of the next publication.Item type:Item, Model Substantiation of Strategies of Economic Behavior in the Context of Increasing Negative Impact of Environmental Factors in the Context of Sustainable Development(IOP Publishing Ltd, 2022) Ivanov, Roman V.; Grynko, Tetyana; Porokhnya, Vasyl; Pavlov, Roman; Golovkova, Lyudmila S.ENG: The concept of sustainable development considers environmental, social and economic issues in general. And the goals of resource conservation and socio-economic development do not contradict each other, but contribute to mutual reinforcement. The purpose of this study is to build and test an economic and mathematical model for the formation of strategies for the behavior of an economic entity with an increase in the impact of negative environmental factors. The proposed strategies and their models are based on the income-expenditure balance equation, which takes into account both quantitative and qualitative characteristics. The constructed models are considered in the state space. The research methodology is based on building models in the form of linear combinations of functions of a homogeneous external impact and various spatial combinations of economic sources (sinks). The study makes it possible to assess the dependence of the amount of resources used for life support on the chosen adaptive strategy. Within the framework of the proposed model, it was found that the criterion for the effectiveness of the applied strategy can be an indicator of satisfaction with the state, the preservation of which, simultaneously with the preservation of the size of resources used, corresponds to the direction of optimization. This approach is consistent with the concept of sustainable development.Item type:Item, Modern Psychological Technologies for Correcting Conflict Situations in Limited Coalitions (Based on Volleyball Material)(ТОВ ОВС, Харків, Україна, 2023) Doroshenko, Eduard; Shevyakov, Oleksiy; Melnyk, Mykhaylo; Oliinyk, Mykhaylo; Oliinyk, Irina; Vaniuk, DariaENG: The purpose of the work – to determine the peculiarities of the response of sportswomen to conflict situations in the conditions of a limited coalition of the volleyball team in order to optimize the process of sports training. Age range: 18-27. Methods: Analysis and systematization of data from scientific and methodical literature and the electronic resource of global information network “Internet”; pedagogical observations; psychological testing according to the method of K. Thomas “Determining the style of behavior in a conflict situation”; pedagogical experiment of controlling orientation; methods of mathematical statistics. Results. The analysis of the experimental indicators allows us to state that the volleyball players of the main group significantly improved the “cooperation” (+6.67%) and “compromise” (+6.67%) indicators, while the “avoidance” indicator significantly decreased (-13.33%). Based on this, we note that the technology for correcting conflict situations in limited coalitions of the volleyball team is quite effective (indicators of volleyball players of the main group). Among the volleyball players of the control group, an increase in indicators according to the “compromise” criteria (+6.67%) and a decrease according to the “avoidance” criterion (-6.66%) were recorded. Conclusion. Modern technologies of psychological training in volleyball, which relate to issues of correction of conflict situations in limited coalitions, are a prerequisite for increasing the effectiveness of the competitive activity of volleyball players. The main ways of applying these technologies in the training process in volleyball are the psychological diagnosis of female athletes taking in to account their personal qualifications, social roles in the limited coalition of the volleyball team; targeted application in competitive micro- or mesocycles of training to increase the effectiveness of training and competitive activities in limited coalitions.Item type:Item, Pedagogical and Psychological Care for Bilingual People Vidan on the Book Market Transfer(Scientific Center of Innovative Researches OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia), 2025) Sheviakov, Oleksii; Sheviakova, МariaENG: The article examines the essence and importance of providing bilingual publications on the book translation market, revealing the social nature of the formation of mental and pedagogical qualities of an individual. The main objective of the study is to analyze the trends of multiculturalism as a counterbalance to the process of cultural diffusion. The study highlights the elements of psychological and pedagogical technology, which should be based on a cultural and historical basis and, in turn, provide support for the formation of a general concept of education in society. The psychological features of understanding the patterns of development of pedagogy and the formation of a methodological base for psychological and pedagogical science in the modern socio-cultural space are presented. According to the concept of bilingualism, cultural development involves a process in which biological characteristics (the ability to remember and think) are transformed into social ones, and social ones into psychological ones, modifying the mechanisms of cognitive processes of manifestation and development of memory and thinking. The authors substantiate that with such development, reflex mechanisms recede into the background, and socio-cultural ones become a priority. The sources characterizing social relations and social interaction that can become an internal higher mental function are analyzed. In the act of experiencing, their dramatic collision melts and leads to a change in the structure of the personality, becoming an act of development. The theme of social relations that form patterns and models of behavior is actualized. The emphasis is placed on the fact that social relations are not always reduced to collective ones; sociality can serve as a source of personal experience. The concept of bilingualism is considered, where consciousness manipulates symbols and concepts. Thus, the concept of bilingualism as an example of cultural relativism can be contrasted with modern processes of cultural diffusion.Item type:Item, Pipe Production Cost Management Model Based on Graph Theory(Dnipro University of Technology, Dnipro, 2024) Toporkova, Olena A.; Lozovska, Lyudmila I.; Savchuk, Larysa M.; Monia, Andrii G.; Bandorina, Liliia M.ENG: The pipe production process is a complex dynamical system with a significant number of production operations and interconnected cost localization centres. Purpose. To develop a mathematical model of the process of handling analytical information of a pipe enterprise using graph theory for the needs of cost management at each production stage. Methodology. Technological flow charts of the production job, where the list of mandatory activities and routing of the operating process are indicated, were used to organize cost accounting by operational centres of their localization with the help of computer modelling elements, namely the graph theory. The work used a complex of research methods, including analysis and scientific synthesis of scientific and technical information; theoretical studies; methods of mathematical and computer modelling, engineering developments. Findings. The cost accounting process is represented by a directed hypergraph. Each production operation is associated with a graph vertex. Each vertex is assigned to a series of interrelated marks: type of technological operation; weight factor; the value of direct costs for the operation; the value of indirect costs for the operation; the expense factor. The initial state of the hypergraph is specified by means of its initial marking, which corresponds to the set cipher of the batch of pipes and its weight. Further execution of the marked hypergraph is performed by running the allowed vertices. Marking of the graph ends if all the information from the technological flow charts of pipe products has been used. Originality. A model of cost management by operational centres is proposed which will allow dividing the prime cost of pipes which differ according to the production technology. It is recommended to rank pipe products within each technologically similar group for an economically feasible allocation of costs between batches of pipes. The proposed process model of processing analytical information of the pipe enterprise using graph theory will allow providing data governance as for the prime cost of each individual batch of pipe products, will contribute to the improvement in the order generation procedure taking into account the acquired information, and will allow making the appropriate adjustments when making management decisions. Practical value. Calculation of expenses for production operations allows one to identify the most cost-intensive of them. Relying on the results of the calculation, the enterprise management has the opportunity to manage costs at any stage of the production process. Moreover, the model allows determining the amount of consumed metal for each production operation, which is relevant for pipe enterprises. It is appropriate to focus further scientific developments in this direction on the possibility of managing non-manufacturing cost with the help of mathematical models in economics to optimize the supply and sales activities of the enterprise.Item type:Item, Population’s Radiation Anxiety Structure Analysis for the Pre-COVID-19 Period(Державна наукова установа «Науково-практичний центр профілактичної та клінічної медицини» Державного управління справами, Київ,Україна, 2024) Dorohań, Sehrii B.; Shevchenko, Oleksandr A.; Lekhan, Valeria M.; Sheviakov, Oleksii; Operchuk, Nadia I.; Mikryukova, Natalya G.; Cherednichenko, OleksiiENG: Introduction. A considerable amount of conflicting reports creates conditions for concern about the effects of radiation on health. The adequacy of the assessment of problems and responses to these challenges depends on the sources used by a person, his culture and education level, as well as the emotional overtone of this assessment. The aim of the study is to determine dynamic changes in the prevalence and structure of population’s radiation anxiety states under stable social conditions based on a psychological and hygienic assessment. Materials and methods: In order to research and assess the perception of Kropyvnytskyi residents about the degree and prevalence of radiation anxiety states, a survey was conducted on Facebook and Instagram social networks from February to December 2019 using Google Form. For assessment of dynamic changes in radiation anxiety, data from our own studies in 2014 were used [9]. The questionnaire methodology was based on the principles of the previously tested and patented «Methodology for determining radiation anxiety among the population» and the monograph «Radiation anxiety among the population». Three hundred and twenty four residents of Kropyvnytskyi aged 18 to 73 were included in the study, 155 (47.8 %) men and 169 (52.2 %) women. The average age of the interviewees (Me (LQ; HQ)) was 27 (20; 33) years old. Results. A specific psycho-emotional state is developed and maintained at some level in the residents of cities with nuclear power plants – radiation anxiety, which is manifested by a complex of neuropsychological and somato- physiological disorders against the fear of ionizing radiation sources background. At the same time, such a psychogenic effect may not be related to the degree of actual effects of ionizing radiation on human health. It was determined that in 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic and Russia’s full armed aggression against Ukraine, more than 90 % of the surveyed residents of Kropyvnytskyi, regardless of gender and age, were concerned about potential radiation pollution of the environment and foodstuffs, medium level of radiation anxiety was in 34,9 %, and high level in 14.8 %. Low radiation anxiety was detected in 41.4 % of respondents, and in 8.9 % it was absent. Conclusions. Over 5 years (from 2014 to 2019), there were noticeable negative changes in the structure of the radiation anxiety states among the surveyed urban residents, namely: the amount of people without signs of radiation anxiety halved (8.9 % vs. 16.0 %) and respondents with the high level of this psycho-emotional state increased almost four times (14.8 % versus 3.9 %). The obtained results encourage the authors to future studies of specific radiation anxiety states among the population to clarify their dynamics.Item type:Item, Preventing Aggressive Interstate Conflicts – Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Terms of Ensuring Objective Personnel Evaluation and Making Objective, Humane Managerial Decisions(Український державний хіміко-технологічний університет, Дніпро, 2024) Andrushkiv, B. M.; Golovkova, Liudmyla S.; Kyrych, N. B.; Pohajdak, O. B.; Hannouf, KaterynaENG: The relevance of the research lies in identifying shortcomings in the field of management of interstate relations and determining the factors that trigger aggressive manifestationswithin them. Based on the analysis of literary sources and existing experience, the causes of their occurrence have been determined, and ways and means of prevention have been proposed, including the use of artificial intelligence (AI). The article shows that in the context of the Ukrainian military economy, one of the main factors of efficiency of defence work, production and social development is the managerial tools and high-quality personnel which currently being formed in the sectoral and territorial areas, as well as humanism and scientific validity of managerial decisions in the field of interstate partnership relations. It has been established that in these circumstances, AI is not always used effectively, in particular in preventing the emergence of such negative phenomena as corruption and bribery, incompetence and irresponsibility, which are factors of ineffective management and implementation of the state defence policy. Meanwhile, addressing this issue is an urgent need of Ukrainian society and the most important prerequisite for strengthening the state, enhancing its defense positions in the context of preparation for membership in EU and NATO. The authors propose a paradigm of forming an AI-based anti-cataclysmic toolkit for preventing aggressive interstate conflicts initiated by “worthless” leaders. It is proposed to increase the effectiveness of these measures through managerial, state innovation and management mechanisms. The authors argues that the introduction of AI can ensure not only the purity and high quality of managerial personnel, but also use the means for humanitarian selection of applicant members, for example, to the UN, strengthening administrative discipline and organising control over the implementation of decisions in this structure. By improving the management of these factors at the local level, it is possible to ensure not only the appropriate quality of managerial decisions and prevention of abuse, but also peace in society and stable functioning of national economies, which can make them competitive in the EU.Item type:Item, The Problem of Sports Development in Ukraine for the «European Model»(Дніпропетровський державний інститут фізичної культури і спорту, Дніпро, 2020) Prikhodko, Volodymyr; Dolbysheva, Nina; Sheviakov, Olexiy; Koshcheyev, Аlexander; Chuhlovina, Valeria; Baldzhy, IlonaENG: Purpose: the article deals with the disclosure of the problem of state management of sports development in terms of its legislative support, which should facilitate the development of sports in the "European model", namely the involvement of local authorities, to eliminate it further in the formation of a modern system of training athletes in Ukraine. Material: a set of theoretical research methods were used: generalization of literature, materials from the Internet, content of previous own scientific developments, as well as abstraction, idealization, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction. Results: The article presents the results of the study of the quality and features of the legislative acts that regulate the development of sports in Ukraine. It is proved that the problem in domestic sport is that the adopted legislative and regulatory acts in Ukraine are not those that effectively contribute to the development of the sphere according to the "European model". After all, part of their content is marked by declarative nature, the absence of clearly established standards and effective forms of control, the weak use of decentralization processes. It is the decentralization of power by its potential that creates powerful organizational and financial prerequisites for reforming the physical education and sports sector in the "European model". And this, in the case of a higher level of public administration, can ensure a new, modern quality of the sport. This model, while providing competent governance, combines the resources and capabilities of the state, including the funds of the specialized government, ministries and agencies involved in physical education and sports, as well as local authorities and non-governmental organizations (national sports federations, federations, existing in provinces and cities, sports clubs) and more. Conclusions: The current state and level of public administration of sport is critical and hinders positive change in this social sphere. The negative will obviously affect the activities of the newly created Ministry Youth and Sports of Ukraine. This Ministry, paying attention to Sport for All, will need to start almost from scratch in the sport of excellence, that is, to create the legal, organizational and financial preconditions for the qualitative improvement of the state of the entire field of sport.Item type:Item, Psychological Conditions for the Implementation of a Competency-Based Approach to the Training of Specialists in the Organization of Tourist Animation(Український державний університет науки і технологій, Дніпро, 2022) Burlakova, Iryna; Sheviakov, Oleksiy; Kornienko, Victoria; Kondes, TetianaENG: This work is devoted to the study of certain aspects of restoration and revival, activation of the regional tourism sector, protection of jobs and business. A.; Shramko, I. A.ENG: A theoretical and methodological approach to the study of the process of professional health of specialists in the economic sphere was developed, which allowed to distinguish professionally important qualities of a specialist influencing his professional health, as well as to predict their transformation in changing social conditions. The peculiarities of the dynamics of the process of occupational health of specialists in the economic sphere (the stage of "primary formation" and undefined attitude to the profession; "personal-activity" stage - realization of social status at the level of the professional community; "professional-ethical" stage – values-based attitude to the profession) are revealed. Types of values-based attitude relation (neutral; pragmatic-realistic; values-based) to professional activity and peculiarities of their manifestations in specialists of economic sphere having different experience of such activity are determined. It is shown that the dynamics of professional becoming of specialists in the economic sphere is associated with the activation of changes in the internal and external environment of the subject of activity. The conceptual model of formation and preservation of professional health of specialists of the economic sphere is offered, implemented as a theoretical and methodological strategy of the systemic and holistic process in the direction of ensuring its effectiveness, presented in the form of an image of a healthy person, responsibly managing his own health and realizing himself in society, and an image of a specialist who independently sets the goals of formation and preservation of professional health, chooses the best ways and means and achievements. The developed model provides a qualitatively new level of personal, physical, professional and social readiness of the person for self-realization in the professional economic sphere of activity and successful integration into society.Item type:Item, Psychological Predictors of the Formation of Health-Preserving Competentness of Future Specialists(Scientific Center of Innovative Research OÜ, Estonia, 2021) Burlakova, Iryna; Sheviakov, Oleksiy; Kondes, TetianaENG: It is established that human behavior in each situation is determined by many factors: internal attitudes, motivation, skills, understanding of technology, knowledge and genetic predisposition The concept of competentness is revealed, which is an integral characteristic or criterion that describes the quality of human behavior in a particular activity.
