The study highlights the lack of a unified definition of “assortment policy” in academic literature, emphasizing the complexity and multidimensional nature of this concept. The authors analyze the main scientific approaches to understanding the assortment structure and propose a systematization of existing methods used for its formation, including market-based, economic, and portfolio analysis tools. Special attention is paid to the challenges associated with aligning strategic and tactical assortment decisions under conditions of digital transformation and rapidly shifting consumer preferences. The research also identifies key internal and external factors influencing assortment policy and outlines the necessity of integrating automated analytical tools and forecasting systems into the decision-making process. A comparative analysis of widely used methods (ABC-XYZ analysis, BCG and GE/McKinsey matrices, consumer preference models, etc.) reveals their advantages and limitations in practical application. The study underscores the importance of maintaining a balance between long-term product strategy and the flexibility required for responding to short-term market fluctuations. As a result, the authors conclude that effective assortment policy requires a comprehensive, multi-method approach that combines strategic foresight, economic evaluation, and continuous monitoring of consumer demand. The findings contribute to the development of an integrated methodological framework for optimizing the assortment structure of enterprises.Item type:Item, Business Ideology as a Reflection Reaction to Socioeconomic Realities in Conditions of Constructive Destabilization(INZHEK Publishing House, Kharkiv, 2022) Prokhorova, Viktoriia V.; Protsenko, Valentyna M.; Bozhanova, Olena V.; Protsenko, Anastasiia V.ENG: The aim of the study is to generalize the theoretical and applied aspects of the formation of an ideological space of a unified nature as a reflexive reaction of business to socioeconomic realities in conditions of constructive destabilization. Based on the carried out analysis of statistical data, it is proved that a fundamentally new direction comes into being for domestic economic science, i. e., studies of business behavior for the faster recovery of the country’s economy, which requires the formalization of adequate instruments of a modern manager. Analyzing, systematizing and generalizing the scientific works of many scholars, the views of researchers on the definition of the concept of «ideology» were systematized, the principles of business ideology were allocated, the goal, types, signs, functions, principles, methods of ideological influence within the framework of building the ideology of management were defined. The presented publication forms theoretical and applied aspects of the ideological space of a unified nature as a reflexive reaction of business to socioeconomic realities. The issue of reflection as a system of reactions to socioeconomic realities is examined. The article considers the forms of reflection, the objective etiology of the formation of spheres of reflection through the prism of multidisciplinary connections. It is proved that the forms of reflection as a system of business reaction to socioeconomic realities in conditions of constructive destabilization have a tactical and strategic result. For a clear understanding and detailed analysis of the behavior of the problem under study, a block diagram of causal relationships is built. It is proved that reflection is an instrument for influencing the development of emotional intelligence, which explains the nature of the analytical choice of an alternative solution to the subject of economic relations and determines the possibilities of consolidated external information influence on this choice. Of practical importance is the universal model of the cognitive map of the behavioral model of business structures, which allows to explain the multi-vector format of development in rational, limited rational and irrational dimensions, combining the features of the model of constructive development of the destabilizing format and crisis phenomena.Item type:Item, Business Image of the Enterprise as a Key Factor of Its Competitiveness(Jourfond, Dnipro, 2024) Faizova, Olha. L.; Faizova, Svitlana O.; Motiakin, Ihor V.ENG: Purpose. The goal is to improve the methodology for evaluating the image of a value-oriented enterprise based on the concept of a balanced scorecard (BSC). Methodology. System-structural analysis and the method of logical generalization were used to clarify the essence and place of the image in the structure of the company's intangible assets, factor and economic-mathematical analysis - to form the BSC management panel and calculate the integral index of the corporate image; critical analysis - to compare alternative approaches to BSC formation and the role of the company's image in the implementation of its value growth strategy. Findings. The role of intangible assets, business image of the enterprise as a strategic factor of success, competitiveness of the enterprise on the domestic and international markets is determined. As a basis for assessing the image of a domestic value-oriented enterprise, we chose the normative method of integral assessment of the investment attractiveness of enterprises and organizations. It involves determining the financial and economic status of the enterprise based on financial reporting data and includes the calculation of a group of indicators, the choice of which depends on the goals set by the investor. According to this approach, image assessment should consider assessment of financial performance, financial stability, and liquidity; results of analysis of business activity and profitability; scale of business; market indicators. The considered the sequence of calculating the integral index of the image of a value-oriented enterprise using the example of MF "Favourit Plus" LLC, which is one of the leaders of Ukraine among meat processing enterprises and aims to become a European-level enterprise. The proposed methodology for evaluating the image of a value-oriented enterprise, which considers the specifics of domestic enterprises, including branch ones. As its basis, the concept of a balanced scorecard - BSC was chosen. Originality. Considering the company's image as an element of competitive advantage means changing its place and role among the company's resources. An improved method of assessing the image of a value-oriented enterprise, which, unlike the known ones, involves the calculation of an integral index of the enterprise's corporate image based on a Balanced Scorecard. A comprehensive assessment of the indicator takes into account the following positive characteristics and rationale for the choice: a significant orientation to the expectations of the investment community; the possibility of taking into account the contribution of the enterprise's intellectual capital to the creation of its future value; ease of calculation and availability of perceiving the logic of the indicator at all levels of management; the ability to navigate the key factors of value creation and the value image of the enterprise to lower levels of management. Practical value. The conclusions of the work can be used in the process of improving the corporate governance system of the enterprise.Item type:Item, The Concept of Forming a System of Change Management in the Domain of Railroad Passenger Transportation in Ukraine under the Conditions of War(РС ТЕСHNOLOGY СЕNTЕR, Kharkiv, 2024) Bobyl, Volodymyr V.; Matusevych, Oleksii O.; Dron, Maryna A.; Taranenko, Artem S.ENG: The object of research is railroad passenger transportation. The subject of research is a change management system. The problem to be solved is to improve the efficiency of railroad transport enterprises in the field of passenger transportation by introducing a change management system. In the study, the concept of the formation of a change management system in the field of passenger transportation of railroad transport in Ukraine under wartime conditions was devised. Since the conditions of war refer to a variety of emergencies, the concept of "emergency situation", its types, characteristics, and signs that describe its existence are considered. The conditions of emergencies are defined. The properties of total and hybrid war affect the fundamental features of the state management of railroad passenger transport in Ukraine, the work of state departments and railroad passenger transport management enterprises. Taking into account the peculiarities of each type of war and the principles of the state, a system of interconnection of the features and principles of the state management of railroad passenger transportation with possible aggressive changes under wartime conditions was built. Such a system is the core of the devised concept of formation and modeling a change management system in the field of railroad passenger transportation in Ukraine under war conditions. Within the framework of the concept, a strategy is formed – a set of actions during an emergency of a military nature. Based on this concept, in the future, it is possible to construct stages of research, the existence of which could make it possible to build a model of the concept, namely the processes of forming a system of changes.Item type:Item, Convergence of Dominant Forms of Investment Capital in the Development of Socio-Economic Systems(РС ТЕСHNOLOGY СЕNTЕR, Kharkiv, 2024) Prokhorova, Viktoriia V.; Mushnykova, Svitlana A.; Zaitseva, Anna; Gavrysh, OlgaENG: The object of this study is the dominant forms of investment capital and their convergence according to the stages of development of socio-economic systems. Any evolution has certain stages. The development of socio-economic systems is no exception. All processes and phenomena in the world, including development, occur cyclically and are interconnected with the stages of natural, social, and economic processes. According to the theory of economic cycles, such phenomena as the development of the socio-economic system, its crisis and innovations have a close relationship. Industrial revolutions became a vivid example of changes in the socio-economic development of complex systems. One of the main sources of financing for each stage of the industrial revolution is investment capital, which can be part of industrial, private, financial, banking, or intellectual capital. Depending on the signs of social relations, social system, etc. can take their forms. Each of the stages of the industrial revolution is preceded by appropriate conditions that are associated with certain historical conditions at a specific moment in time. Considering the dominant forms of investment capital according to the stages of the industrial revolution, the reasons for their change should be noted. The process of convergence of investment capital is considered here. One of the indicators that characterizes the efficiency of investment capital is its mobility or immobility. A number of macroeconomic factors affect the mobility of investment capital. Considering the world structure of direct foreign investments, the main directions of their utilization have been indicated. The model of the convergence of the dominant forms of investment capital in the logistics system is presented in accordance with the stage of the industrial revolution and the features that accompany it.Item type:Item, Convergence of Educational Technologies as an Imperative for the Development of Innovation Cooperation in the Context of Circular Transformation(PC TECHNOLOGY CENTER, Ukraine, 2023) Prokhorova, Viktoriia V.; Mushnykova, Svitlana A.; Kovalenko, Denys; Koleshchuk, Orest; Babichev, AnatoliyENG: The object of the study is the process of convergence of educational technologies as an imperative for the development of innovative cooperation under the conditions of circular transformation. The central element of circular transformations is a person who must quickly react and adapt to changes in the external environment and solve management problems through systematic professional growth. This can be achieved thanks to the introduction of high-quality modern educational technologies, which require both special knowledge of the theory and practice of management, as well as personal development qualities. To achieve a state of sustainable development, managers making management decisions must quickly respond and adapt to changes in the external environment to solve various management problems. This requires systematic professional growth through the transition to high-quality new educational technologies. Combining the principles of global cooperation, defining the key imperatives of sustainable development and finding innovative measures of cooperation under the renewed conditions of the circular economy must be based on education. The main generally accepted indicator of the level of development of any country in the world is GDP. But under conditions of uncertainty and change, the real state of development and progress can be determined using the Genuine Progress Indicator (GPI), which is an integral indicator. One of the main issues is the determination of the level of sustainable development in the context of circular transformations, taking into account the influence of the level of education and existing approaches to its assessment. If we take into account that the conditions for cyclical transformations must occur, including through raising the level of education and the constant transfer of education into practice, then the inclusion of the Index of the level of education is necessary to calculate the real state of development of any country.Item type:Item, Current State of the Development of Science in Ukraine: Problems and Prospects (Political and Economic Aspect)(FIT CTU in Prague, Praga, 2023) Tsurkanova, Iryna O.UKR: Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю вивчення та проведення аналізу сучасного стану освіти та науки в Україні, адже, починаючи з 24 лютого 2022 року, наша країна перебуває у нових реаліях. This selection method confirms the shard through shares voting and scalable random generation by VDF (Verifiable Delay Function) and VRF (Verifiable Random Function). The system analyzes available consensus mechanisms, sharding, and the age of distributed randomness. It is energy efficient, fully scalable, secure, with fast consensus. Compared to available methods, the improved shard method performs network connection and transaction verification and reveals the state of the blockchain. The threshold has a sufficiently low coefficient for small validators to participate in the network and receive rewards. The proposed sharding process runs securely due to a distributed randomness (DRG) process that is unpredictable, impartial, and verified. The network is constantly overloaded to prevent slow adaptive Byzantine malicious validators. Contrary to other sharding blockchains that require Proof-of-Work to select validators, the proposed consensus is attributed to Proof-of-Stake, therefore, energy-efficient. Herein the consensus is achieved by a BFT algorithm which is linearly scalable and faster than PBFT.Item type:Item, Development of Corporate Social Responsibility and Financing of Social Programs: Regional Aspect(Akademické sdružení MAGNANIMITAS, The Czech Republic, 2021) Lysiak, Liubov; Kachula, Svitlana; Hrabchuk, Oksana; Ziuzin, VitaliiENG: The article aims to summarize the theoretical foundations of corporate social responsibility and identify current trends and prospects for socially responsible business in the financing of social programs at the regional level. The goal is to develop a mechanism for managing the transfer of advanced technologies and to identify the functions of their subjects, obstacles, and the content of their reproduction. The integration method is a synthesis of several approaches: a) dialectical-materialistic method is employed to reveal the driving role of contradictions in the evolution of the appropriation of information-digital intellectual products; b) modeling is used for logical generalization and concretization of the interaction among subjects involved in appropriating information-digital intellectual products; c) activity-praxiology approach is employed in analyzing the structure and overall outcomes of the operation of the machine-sized cognitive system as a component of human activity; d) system-synergistic method is utilized to establish objective development tendencies of public production through the formalization of the functioning of the production use of information-digital intellectual products. The transformational characteristics of the appropriation of information-digital intellectual product as one aspect of the transfer of advanced technologies have been identified. The functions of the subjects of appropriation of information-digital intellectual property have been specified according to the following economic roles: “creator-producer”, “producer-mediator”, and “mediator-consumer”. The theoretical concepts of the typology of stages of appropriation of information-digital intellectual product have been refined based on partial and general criteria. The essence of the disproportions in the reproduction of subjects of the transfer of advanced technologies (creators, producers, mediator-entrepreneurs) has been revealed. Relevant statistical data on the latency and actualization of the appropriation of information-digital intellectual product in a strategic perspective have been identified to reflect the content of barriers to its production use. The constant accumulation of disproportions in the reproduction of subjects of the transfer of advanced technologies is an obstacle to the development of social production. The prospects of eliminating this obstacle in the direction of externalizing the appropriation of information-digital intellectual product in its production use and self-value enhancement have been formalized in a system of equations. As limitations of such a system of equations, a set of functions and alternatives for the production use of information-digital intellectual product according to the economic roles of its subjects are indicated.Item type:Item, Economic Aspects of Transfer of Educational Technologies at Context of Appropriation of Intellectual Product(Emerald Publishing Limited, United Kingdom, 2022) Leonidov, Ihor L.; Kovalchuk, Daria K.; Lebedeva, Valentyna K.; Tarasevich, Victor N.ENG: Purpose. To achieve this goal, the author analyzes the main areas of recovery of a bank's activities in crisis conditions, namely: increasing the level of equity capital; additional financing; sale of assets; restructuring of liabilities. It is established that during the period of martial law, it is necessary to implement the Plan for Restoring Financial Stability in a Crisis, which was developed by the bank in advance. The purpose of this Plan is to develop measures in advance to support the bank's continuing operations in the event of a significant deterioration in its financial condition due to changes in internal and external environment factors. This plan should define in advance a set of options and tools for actions in various stressful situations, including martial law. In combination with other anti-crisis banking instruments, the areas of self-healing should be diverse and varied. It is noted that the assessment of the effectiveness of the bank's recovery areas should be carried out through the procedure of stress testing of the main banking risks: credit, liquidity and market. The authors identify the main criteria for successful self-healing of a bank under martial law: compliance by the bank with economic standards and internal restrictions; stopping the outflow of customer funds; creating a sufficient stock of liquid resources; achieving an optimal balance between assets and liabilities by maturity; no bank debt in fulfilling customer payment documents; full repayment of debt or reaching an agreement on debt restructuring to stakeholders; an increase in the share of standard loans; a steady trend toward improved financial results; the closure of unprofitable business lines. It is concluded that in 2022, the banking sector operated smoothly, maintained liquidity, and provided loans, although with due regard to the peculiarities of wartime. This was made possible by identifying areas of self-healing for banks, as well as sector reforms carried out in previous years by the national regulator.Item type:Item, Forecast and Control of Structure and Properties of Ultra-Low-Carbon Steels(G. Studying the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) technology on society, which leads to the formation of fundamentally new social groups. The greatest diversity and freedom of development will be allocated to small social groups that directly interact with AI. It is necessary to formulate the foundations of a model that will describe their genesis and self-maintenance. Methodology. Philosophical methods of hermeneutics, comparative method, structuralism and poststructuralism, social constructivism are used. Findings. To create a working model, further research is needed in two directions. First, to improve the categorical apparatus for describing a collective subject based on human-machine interaction. Secondly, the analysis of social groups in which, on the one hand, the human psyche loses its integrity, on the other hand, these groups remain stable and efficient. Originality. Thanks to AI, small social groups will have access to tools for organizing activities that previously had only larger social structures. Increasing subjectivity can lead both to an increase in their role in societies and to the fact that such groups can relatively quickly isolate themselves or marginalize. The threat is identified: the individual may be unable to give up their behavioral-cognitive and emotional identification with the group. The behavior of an individual will be determined both by the influence of AI of a small social group and by the influence of state structures. Practical value. Development of methods for small groups in modern social conditions using artificial intelligence.Item type:Item, Formation of the State Budget in Finland: The Best Practices for Ukraine on the Way to the EU Membership(University of Urbino, Italy, 2023) Kashevskaya, Galina V.; Komova, Olena S.; Pereguda, Yevgen V.; Glukh, Maryna V.; Tsurkanova, Iryna O.ENG: The relevance of the study is stipulated by the need to carry out democratic reforms in Ukraine on the way to the EU membership. It is also obligatory for Ukraine to make a transparent system of government policies and laws, which has been under close attention of citizens and international stakeholders since February 24th, 2022 in conditions of unimagined financial support for Ukrainians on their heroic way to independence. Therefore, the aim of the study is to propose a method of economical-political analysis of the state budget with the help of a comparison of forming principles of revenues in Finland and Ukraine. These countries are interesting for this research because they are different in terms of their political system and the level of socio-economic development. However, a century ago both countries were parts of the Russian Empire. Finland is a member of the EU since 1996, while Ukraine is on the way to the EU membership. The article presents a method of analysis of the states’ budget revenues and draws conclusions about the democratic principles for a budget planning policy to ensure democracy and economic growth. The proposed methodology can be used by political and economic analysts, civil society activists and ordinary citizens interested in the issues of transparency and efficiency of the public administration system in their country. The work is practical in nature and is focused on giving a method of a state policies and laws analysis, and on increasing the political literacy of citizens to enable them to exercise the control of the own country and society development.Item type:Item, The Impact of Economic Asymmetries on the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises: Analysis and Practical Recommendations(Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University, Udaipur (Rajasthan), India, 2025) Sarai, Nataliia; Khymych, Oksana; Tytarenko, Valeriy; Pedko, Andrii B.; Hulyk, Tetіana V.ENG: Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) serve as critical drivers of economic growth, job creation, and innovation, yet they face significant structural disparities that hinder their expansion and sustainability. This study investigates economic asymmetries affecting SME development, focusing on disparities in financial access, regulatory environments, technological infrastructure, workforce skills, environmental policies, and legal frameworks. By employing a mixed-methods approach, integrating PESTEL analysis and multiple regression modeling, this research comprehensively assesses external macroeconomic factors influencing SME growth. The regression analysis identifies financial accessibility, government support programs, taxation policies, and digital infrastructure as the most significant predictors of SME success. The SME government support index, access to credit scores, and tax incentives for SMEs emerge as the most substantial positive determinants of SME growth, highlighting the importance of state intervention and financial inclusion. Additionally, education levels, GDP per capita, and internet penetration contribute to SME expansion, reinforcing the need for workforce development and digital accessibility. Conversely, high unemployment rates and economic disparities are significant constraints, reducing SME sustainability by lowering consumer purchasing power and restricting market opportunities. The PESTEL analysis further contextualizes these findings, revealing how political instability, inefficient legal frameworks, environmental risks, and technological gaps create barriers to SME competitiveness. The study finds that SMEs in urban and well-developed regions benefit from better financial and technological access. At the same time, rural and less-developed areas struggle with bureaucratic inefficiencies, limited credit availability, and high operational costs. These disparities contribute to unequal business opportunities, reinforcing the need for targeted policy interventions to bridge economic gaps and foster SME inclusivity. To address these challenges, the study proposes practical policy recommendations, including harmonization of SME support programs, expansion of financial accessibility, workforce development initiatives, investment in technological infrastructure, promotion of green financing, simplification of business regulations, and facilitation of SME export activities. These measures aim to create a balanced economic landscape where SMEs have equal access to resources and opportunities regardless of geographic location. Despite its contributions, the study acknowledges several limitations, such as data constraints, regional specificity, and sectoral variations, which future research should address. Further investigation is required to explore industry-specific SME challenges, the impact of digital transformation on SME productivity, and long-term resilience strategies for SMEs facing economic shocks.Item type:Item, The Impact of Geopolitical Trends on the Technological Renewal of Industrial Enterprises as a Basis for the Convergence of Investment Processes in the Ukrainian Economy(Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics, Kharkiv, 2025) Prokhorova, Viktoriia V.; Mushnykova, Svitlana A.; Abernikhina, Iryna; Babichev, Anatoliy; Slastianykova, Krystyna I.ENG: The global economy is influenced by geopolitical trends that create new challenges and opportunities for the development of national economies. The paper examines the role of innovation cycles as a strategic methodological objectivity that determines the dynamics of socio-economic development in the context of the transition to a new technological paradigm. The relevance of the topic is due to the global challenges of our time: digitalization, digitalization of the economy, development of artificial intelligence, transition to a green economy and the need to formulate adaptive development strategies that can respond to the pace of technological change. Innovation cycles are viewed as a multi-stage process that includes emergent ideas, new technologies, mass adoption of innovations and their impact on the structure of production, employment and institutional models. On the basis of historical and theoretical analysis, the paper traces the evolution of industrial revolutions – from Industry 1.0 to the anticipated Industry 6.0. It is noted that each new phase of industrial development is accompanied by the formation of a new technological paradigm that changes the principles of interaction between technology, capital, labor and knowledge. Industry 6.0, as the expected next stage, is associated with the symbiosis of artificial and biological intelligence, autonomous economies, decentralized management structures and value-oriented innovation development. The author substantiates the need to understand innovation cycles not only as an empirical phenomenon, but also as a methodological basis for strategic planning. In this context, the paper proposes a conceptual model that provides for the integration of cyclical analysis into the processes of state regulation, forecasting and formation of sustainable growth policies. The conclusions presented are of interdisciplinary importance and can serve as a basis for further research in the fields of economics, sociology, public administration and technological development.Item type:Item, Innovative Approaches to Personnel Security under the Conditions of Martial Law(Dnipro University of Technology, Dnipro, 2024) Aloshina, Tetiana V.; Fisunenko, N. The basic idea endogenous growth theory is applied globally from 2001 and 2021. The study utilizes the econometric techniques of three-stage least squares and seemingly unrelated regression. The findings suggest that foreign direct investment play a significant role in fostering economic interaction inside specific countries. There is a strong and positive relationship between foreign direct investment and economic interaction. Foreign Direct Investment often serves as the main channel via which advanced technology are transferred to countries. The results indicate that the advantages of this venture would be greatly upgraded in the host country with a more grounded and more skilled labor force. Furthermore, the results suggest that foreign direct investment promotes domestic investment. For FDI-driven growth to occur, it is necessary to have institutional stability and sound macroeconomic policies in place. Our findings indicate that global economic connection can be promoted by reducing the inflation rate, tax collection problem, and government consumption.Item type:Item, International Trade as a Practical Realizing form of the Foreign Trading Potential of Open Economic Systems(Publishing Group “Scientific Prospects”, Kyiv, 2025) Zhmurenko, Vitalii H.ENG: The article proposes a view of international trade as a practical realizing form of the foreign trade potential of economic systems. The relevance of the study lies in the need to adapt foreign trade policy to modern global challenges and the associated changes in opportunities, limitations and conditions for self-realization and the implementation of effective international economic activity. The emphasis is on transformations and transitions “foreign trade potential (probabilistic, unmanifested) → international trade (manifested, commercialized, built into all phases of national reproduction) → self-development and self-reproduction of macroeconomic potential”. It is noted that today the functional purpose of international trade goes far beyond the “generic functions” determined by its essence and place in the global economic system and its market mechanism. It is proven that the multifunctionality of modern international trade is manifested through its performance of a complex of interrelated functions, such as: intermediary, transit, integrative, distributive, communicative, signaling, diagnostic, selective, health-improving, stimulating. As a carrier of a stimulating function, international trade acts as an important mechanism for strengthening the national reproductive potential and its foreign economic component, as a tool for increasing the efficiency of production and the solvency of the population, structural shifts, stimulating innovative activity, modernization of established models of international business. It is argued that through the channels of international trade "external environment → open economic system" influences and signals of different orientations can come. They can adjust the course of the reproductive cycle, resource-nourish or deplete certain structural elements and through them activate transformation processes of a progressive or degrading nature, generate information noise and introduce moments of disorganization or ordering.Item type:Item, Introduction of a Corporate Security Risk Management System: The Experience of Poland(MDPI, 2022) Kalina, Iryna; Khurdei, Viktoriia; Shevchuk, Vira; Vlasiuk, Tetiana; Leonidov, Ihor L.ENG: To ensure the economic security of companies, it is necessary to introduce a risk management system based on the use of various tools, especially financial ones. The purpose of the article is to scientifically substantiate the paradigm of integration of the risk management mechanism into the system of economic security in companies on the basis of risk-oriented management. The main study method was an online survey of 50 Polish companies in January–April 2021 using a developed questionnaire consisting of 40 questions. According to the results of the expert survey, it is determined that regardless of the type of economic activity of the enterprise, the main goal of introducing risk-oriented management is to preserve assets and increase the efficiency of financial and economic processes. The introduction of risk-oriented management is perceived as a tool to increase the value of the company and ensure the achievement of strategic goals. Fraud is a significant risk to the state of economic security for modern enterprises. To prevent the fact of fraud, taking into account the specifics of the operation of companies, it is suggested to conduct an annual examination. As a result, the suggested procedure should include an audit (audit of financial statements, forensics, transition to international financial reporting standards, audit of systems and processes), assessment (assessment for audit and reporting in accordance with international financial reporting standards, risk management assessment in accordance with international standards, assessment of the effectiveness of economic security), tax analytics (identification of tax risks, analysis of compliance with tax legislation, tax audit), and a due diligence procedure for investment objects.Item type:Item, Kinetics of Solidification and Crystallization of Liquid Axial Zone of Fe-C Alloys in Cylindrical Molds(The Katowice Branch of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Poland, 2024) Khrychikov, Valerii Ye.; Semenov, Oleksandr D.; Aftandiliants, Y.; Gnyloskurenko, S.; Semenova, Tetіana V.; Meniailo, Helena V.ENG: According to the results of digitization of the experimental studies carried out in the past concerning Fe-C alloys solidification in cylindrical molds of castings with a carbon content of 0.04%, 0.1%, 0.4%, 0.93%, 1.42%; 2.44%, 3.28%, 4.45%, 4.83% and their subsequent interpolation in the range of 0.04 ÷4.83%С there were obtained the curves of the advancement of the pour point, liquidus and solidus in the coordinates of the relative thickness of the solidified metal layer x/R and the parametric criterion τ/R2. Their usage is proposed for the development of modes of physical and chemical influence on the liquid metal in the axial zone of the casting after solidification of its calculated layer. Calculation of the mass of modifiers or deoxidizers for introduction into the axial zone was performed in relation to the total mass of metal in the liquid and liquid-solid zones of the casting. The technique for calculating the mass and time of introduction a graphitizing modifier into the axial zone of rolling rolls made of hypereutectoid steel with 1.7%C is proposed to reduce the negative impact of cementite, chromium and molybdenum carbides on the structure of the axial zone of the rolls. The obtained curves can also be used to assess the accuracy of computer modeling of the processes of Fe-C alloys solidification and further adaptation of mathematical models by the correction of thermophysical coefficients, the values of which are not always known in the liquidus-solidus temperature range.Item type:Item, Labor Market Trendwatching under Wartime Conditions: National and Regional Aspects(Ukrainian State University of Chemical Technology, Dnipro, 2025) Miroshnichenko, Tetiana V.; Kozenkov, Dmitro Ye.ENG: The article is concerned with the current trends in the development of the labor market in Ukraine under conditions of martial law and military aggression of Russia. It has been established that the changes that have occurred in Ukraine over the past three years have had a significant impact on the economy and employment of the population of the country. The authors have analyzed both qualitative and quantitative parameters of labor force development. In particular, they have identified the trends regarding changes in population structure and size caused by heavy mortality not only by natural causes, but also due to civilian casualties and military casualties on the front line. The influence of migration processes on the changes in the resident population and the unemployment rate in the country has been described. The regional labor market of the Dnipropetrovsk region has been analyzed separately. The disproportions between the demand and supply in the labor market of the Dnipropetrovsk region have been revealed, particularly in terms of the industry-specific orientation of enterprises and types of economic activity. The analysis of nationwide and regional trends in functioning of the labor market shows that there are numerous challenges having significant impact on the staffing support of the economy. The main challenges having impact on the labor market in Ukraine include a nationwide and regional imbalance of the labor force; professional and qualification gap between labor supply and demand; mismatch between professional skills of specialists and the needs of the economy; pressure on the labor market due to the uneven distribution of workers across the country; constant labor outflows and increase in the median age of the workforce; job losses due to the destruction of enterprises or the suspension of their operations.Item type:Item, Load Control Operational Correction of a Blast Furnace Based on the Correlation Models(Croatian Metallurgical Society (CMS), Zagreb, Croatia, 2024) Shvachych, G.; Mamuzich, I.; Selegej, A. The modern process of making managerial decisions cannot be imagined without considering risks. Risks, emerging in any part of production logistics, are the cause of potential losses for the entire logistics system of an enterprise, and decision-making regarding their minimization is a criterion for ensuring production efficiency. Adequate risk assessment allows for increasing the soundness of managerial decisions regarding the selection of measures aimed at reducing the frequency of risk events and the scale of potential losses. The significant increase in the number of works on risk management in recent years indicates a growing need for practical and theoretical understanding of this issue. However, it should be acknowledged that the management of production risks in the logistics system is currently insufficiently researched. Purpose. The aim of the research is to disclose conceptual approaches to making managerial decisions considering risks within the scope of production logistics, which includes three mechanisms: assessment of economic consequences, forecasting the magnitude of expected consequences, and monitoring subsystem. Materials and methods. The research materials consist of the principles of economic theory and scientific works by domestic and foreign scholars on risk management issues. During the research process, the following scientific methods were utilized: theoretical generalization and grouping (for assessing risks and their impact on economic consequences, as well as identifying various risk factors, risk types, and for grouping risk management methods). Results. Decision-making with consideration of risks within the scope of production logistics involves the use of the following mechanisms: the mechanism for assessing the consequences of risks in production logistics that occurred during the reporting period; the mechanism for forecasting the consequences of risks in production logistics; monitoring the consequences of risks in production logistics. The aim of making managerial decisions with consideration of risks within the scope of production logistics is aimed at adequate assessment of the consequences resulting from risk events and includes three mechanisms: assessing the economic consequences of events that have occurred and selecting measures to reduce them; forecasting the magnitude of expected consequences considering preventive measures and evaluating their impact on financial results; a monitoring subsystem that allows for controlling actual and potential losses and additional costs for all elements of logistic flows. Discussion. In further scientific research, it is proposed to focus on the implementation process of a monitoring system to ensure quick and effective decision-making with consideration of risks within the production logistic system.Item type:Item, Main Mechanisms of Blockchain Technology Implementation in Digital Technologies Application(Dnipro University of Technology, Dnipro, Ukraine, 2022) Shvachych, Gennady Grygorovych; Moroz, B. The research results will be useful for expanding ideas about the blockchain technology implementation in different sectors of the economy, accompanied by lower costs, increased security and transparency of economic entities, and improving their economic efficiency and development in digital technologies’ application. The blockchain technologies implantation at the enterprises of the mining and metallurgical industry allows making the production and sales of products more efficient and transparent, and at the same time significantly reduces the human factor.Item type:Item, Management of Industrialization and Reindustrialization of the Economy: Strategic Dimension(TECHNOLOGY CENTER PC, Kharkiv, 2025) Prokhorova, Viktoriia V.; Mushnykova, Svitlana A.; Us, Yuliia V.; Sorokin, Stanislav A.ENG: The object of research is the management of industrialization and reindustrialization processes of the economy in a strategic dimension. The analysis of existing approaches to the formation of industrial policy in Ukraine revealed the main shortcomings, in particular, the fragmentation of state initiatives, the lack of a coherent long-term strategy, the low level of coordination between state and regional institutions, insufficient support for innovation and human capital. One of the most problematic areas is the lack of a comprehensive model of reindustrialization management that would take into account modern technological, economic and environmental challenges. The research used methods of historicism, theoretical generalization, logical-structural analysis, as well as economic and mathematical modeling to construct an integral index of industrialization, cluster grouping and forecasting the dynamics of industrial development of Ukraine until 2033. A quantitative assessment of the level of industrialization of Ukraine over the past 30 years has been obtained and a forecast of reindustrialization has been constructed, which indicates the potential for moderate growth under the condition of implementing an effective industrial policy. This is due to the fact that the proposed model of reindustrialization management is multi-level, provides for the definition of a strategic goal, time horizons and specific instruments (tax incentives, industrial parks, public-private partnership, R&D programs). This ensures the possibility of achieving an increase in the share of industry in GDP, an increase in the industrial production index and technological complexity of exports. Compared to known approaches, the model has advantages in complexity, phased implementation and integration of digital and green technologies, which allows adapting industrial policy to global challenges.
