Item type:Item, Adaptive Management Strategies for Decision-Making in Business in the Context of Armed Conflict(Elite Scientific Forum, Pakistan, 2024) Varakin, Dmytro; Osipenko, Denys; Ishchenko, Vasyl; Hlevatska, Nataliia; Hordieieva, Inna O.ENG: Studying adaptive management strategies for businesses is crucial in modern geopolitical realities and the increasing prevalence of conflicts. Armed conflicts present challenges such as instability, security risks, supply chain disruptions, and demand shifts. These lead to uncertainty, necessitating flexibility, rapid response, and adaptation to new conditions. This research aims to develop adaptive strategies for the effective functioning and resilience of businesses in conditions of armed conflict. Research methods include reviewing scientific publications, monographic, graphical, analytical, synthesis and analysis, observation, abstraction, and generalisation. A literature review of publications by scholars from various countries on the research problem has been conducted. An analysis of the business environment in the context of military conflict, using Ukraine as a case study based on personal observations, conversations with entrepreneurs, and the processing of statistical materials, has been carried out. Comparing the Economic Sentiment Indicator before and during the war periods made it possible to identify pessimistic attitudes in business across specific sectors. The regulatory and legal acts adopted by the Ukrainian government to regulate and stimulate business activity have been characterised. Key challenges and risks affecting Ukrainian businesses in the context of military conflict have been identified. Ukraine’s main measures for restoring exports during the war have been outlined. The implementation of this solution contributes to the optimization of the testing process, reduction of errors in the production environment, and overall improvement in the efficiency, performance, and reliability of software.Item type:Item, Components of the Collective Agreement on Labor and Social Security of Employees of a Legal Entity(Publishing Group "Scientific Perspectives", Kyiv, 2025) Makhova, Liliia; Vyprytskyi, Andrii O.ENG: This article is the first in a theoretical study of labor law and social security law, which examines the content of a collective agreement in the context of social security for employees of a legal entity. The scientific work explores the theoretical and practical problems of the collective agreement regarding the social security of workers and offers some recommendations for improving the current legislation of Ukraine. Increasingly, in Ukraine, there is a certain development of contractual regulation of legal relations of social security of employees, which is applied without specific measures of influence on employers. Labor law and social security law have a dualistic content of legal regulation. These branches of law contain public and private influence on the legal relations of employees, that is, individuals and legal entities - employers. Now we see that labor law and social security law provide an opportunity to emphasize such a method of legal regulation of these branches, which combines the state and contractual method of legal regulation of labor and social security relations. It would be appropriate to consider collective agreements in labor law and social security law as specific agreements and regulatory acts of the state. The article provides a definition of collective agreements in the regulation of social relations, in terms of additional social protection of employees or their family members, increasing the amount of one-time or permanent social payments provided for by law. It was found that to restore the proper level of social security for employees and their family members, it is necessary to introduce mandatory funded social security as an additional element of guarantees for overcoming social risks, with the aim of forming social savings.Item type:Item, Creative Methods as an Obligatory Component of the Technical Specialists Education in the Post-Industrial Era(Faculty of Organization and Management at the Silesian University of Technology, Silesian Voivodeship, Poland, 2024) Molokanova, Valentyna M.; Petrenko, Vitaliy O.; Kuznetsov, Valeriy; Kuznetsov, Vitalii V.; Krol, Agnieszka; Kacprzak, Marzena; Wielewska, Izabela; Wyrzykowska, BarbaraENG: Purpose: The article's objective is formalization of the model, the main stages and creative methods of training technical specialists, the definition of features and directions for further education development in the post-industrial era. The article is aimed at revealing the nature of creativity, highlighting the essence of the functions of methods of creative activity and their importance for students of technical specialties. Design/methodology/approach: The work uses critical analysis of scientific and methodological sources, system and convergent analysis methods, generalization and systematization of practical experience. The method of convergent generalization made it possible to identify key indicators of the model of creative competencies. The conceptual model of creative competence was developed based on the results of cooperation on the frame of master's programs for the project managers training. For the practical part of research, a qualitative method was used (participant observation, individual interview, tests). Findings: The need to train technical specialists in the methods of creative search using modern technologies, which allows to achieve the effects of the intellectual potential development for the individual, the state and society, is justified. An experiment on training project managers of two Ukrainian institutes in creative technologies proved the feasibility of implementing such training. Based on the calculation of the creative competencies’ development of the first- and second-year study technical specialists, the need to add a mandatory creative component to educational programs has been determined. Implications/Recommendations: To assess the quality of training, a methodology for assessing the level of competence has been applied. This made it possible to identify a low level of some competencies and, at the stage of improving the curriculum, plan the necessary corrective actions for the development of weak components of competencies. Since project-oriented learning is used, the model is similar to the model of the classical project life cycle and will be especially useful in the implementation of innovative projects in production. The article presents a framework for teaching students creative competence, which can be used by other educational institutions. Originality/value: The review of literary sources proved that so far very little attention has been paid to the development of creative competencies in students of technical specialties, although these competencies will be the competitive advantage of a person in the competition with artificial intelligence. The model of creative competencies for the technical specialists training is presented, which is divided into four areas, which in turn are divided into four components. These areas relate to the sampling and systematization of knowledge; adaptation to user requirements; awareness and dissemination of hidden knowledge; transition to the active use of knowledge.Item type:Item, The Empirical Study of the Correlation between the Dominant Strategy of “Inflexible Hippos” and the Organizational Life Cycle(Alfred Nobel University, Dnipro, 2024) Hordieieva, Inna O.; Nezghoda, OlgaENG: The development of companies is characterised by the adoption of certain stages of business development, the availability of resources and outcomes. This developmental process is inherently cyclical, requiring companies to remain flexible and adaptive continuously. Each phase of the life cycle is characterised by unique challenges, perspectives and inherent features that require strategic modifications to maintain and enhance competitiveness. A holistic interpretation that integrates both life cycle phases and strategic approaches is necessary for a thorough understanding of a company’s success and market performance. The purpose of this paper is to explore the correlation between the dominant strategy employed by industry leaders, known as “inflexible hippos,” and the various stages of the organizational life cycle. The research objects are the dominant strategy “inflexible hippos” and the ten phases of the organizational life cycle: Courtship, Infant, Go-go, Adolescence, Prime, Maturity, Aristocracy, Early bureaucracy, Bureaucracy, and Death. The subject of the research is to verify the existence of a connection and its type between the research objects. The objective of the study is to ascertain the existence and nature of the connection between these research objects. The research methodology employed morphological, analytical, statistical assessment, and comparative analysis techniques. By comparing morphological statements formulated with expert input, evidence was found regarding the existence and significance of the correlation strength. The study revealed that the correlation between competitive strategy and the phases of the company’s life cycle is strongest in the “Maturity” and “Aristocracy” phases, which dictate the sequence of organizational development. The tightest connection with direct independent mutual influence is observed in the “Go-Go”, “Adolescence”, “Prime”, “Reconstruction”, and “Bureaucracy” phases. The context dependence of this correlation characterizes ongoing change processes: the company retains old features of organizational development while simultaneously acquiring new ones. Evaluating the timeliness and efficiency of managerial decision-making based on the alignment of competitive strategy with the company’s life cycle, influenced by both external and internal factors, is a critical stage in the company’s development process. This study can help companies to develop more effective competitive strategies that respond to their current needs. This can lead to improving companies’ competitiveness, selecting appropriate and effective project actions and their success in the market.Item type:Item, Energy and Technological Modelling of Metallurgical Processes from Out-of-Furnace Iron Processing to Continuous Casting(Baltija Publishing, Riga, Latvia, 2023) Stoianov, Oleksandr M.; Petrenko, Vitalii O.; Niziaiev, Kostiantyn G.ENG: Purpose. Conducted energy-technological modeling of steelmaking processes. It is shown that at different stages of steel production, the increase in energy intensity of steel differs significantly and depends on the chosen technology, equipment and materials used. It has been established that for modern methods of off-blast refining of cast iron, the least energy-consuming technology is the use of mixtures based on lime and magnesium. For the oxygen-converter process, liquid cast iron contributes the largest increase in energy consumption, and for conditions of non-furnace processing of steel, the consumption of electricity for heating the metal. Development of a method for forming an optimal portfolio of venture projects taking into account risks, uncertainty in initial data and limited financial resources. Methodology. To calculate the accuracy of forecasting prices, which are necessary for calculating the parameters of the stochastic optimization model for the formation of a portfolio of projects, we used the theory of random variables and regression analysis. The problem of choosing the optimal portfolio of venture projects was solved using stochastic mathematical programming. Findings. A model for creating an optimal portfolio of venture projects has been developed. It is a stochastic mathematical programming model that can be used to solve problems of investing in venture projects in the extractive industry. This model takes into account the risks associated with obtaining the expected income from the implementation of each venture project, the uncertainty in the initial data for calculating the income from the projects selected in the portfolio, as well as the limited funds required to finance the project portfolio. Originality. The stochastic optimization model for the formation of an optimal portfolio of projects, taking into account the peculiarities of venture projects, in particular, their high riskiness, has been significantly improved and adapted. Practical value. The proposed model for the formation of an optimal portfolio of venture projects can be used at mining enterprises, whose development strategy involves the implementation of innovative, high-risk projects. The aim of the article is to present a model of optimal value-oriented portfolio formation for the development of a complex system, taking into account mutual influence of portfolio components on each other. It analyses the method¬ology of portfolio development management of organizations, considers different approaches to forming a portfolio of projects, proposes the formation of a portfo¬lio of organization development based on the value-oriented approach, considers multi-criteria model of project selection in the organization development portfolio, taking into account the mutual influence of the components of the portfolio on each other. As the basic method of forming a portfolio of regional community develop¬ment using the value-based approach, taking into account the existing limits on the total value of the portfolio in the computable period is proposed. The problems of incomplete application of the portfolio management methodology in the system of public development management in Ukraine were reflected. The paper determined that although the project approach is increasingly used in Ukraine to manage the de¬velopment of territories, for many acute problems portfolio development management is not used. The necessity of managers training for portfolio management of regional systems development has been substantiated. Suggested the use of value-oriented methodology of project management to manage regional development, which significantly improves the quality of planning and effectiveness of the implementation of development strategy through projects.Item type:Item, Improvement of Pig Iron Production Technology by Using the Useful Properties of the Potential of Secondary Resources of Raw Materials and Fuels(Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies, Dnipro, 2026) Mishalkin, A. D.ENG: The scientific and technical relevance of the study lies in determining the directions for improving the ways of using the useful properties of secondary resources in order to intensify the blast furnace process, increase its energy efficiency and reduce pollutant emissions. At the same time, economic efficiency is achieved by reducing the cost of purchasing primary raw materials and reducing waste generation, which corresponds to modern concepts of sustainable development on the way to "green" metallurgy. Purpose of the study. Scientific and practical substantiation of directions for improving the technology of pig iron production through the use of useful properties of secondary resources of raw materials and fuels that have a man-made origin. It is aimed at increasing the level of energy efficiency and improving the slag regime of the blast furnace process, reducing the man-made load on the environment of industrially developed regions of Ukraine. To achieve this goal, the following theoretical and practical tasks will be solved in the study: 1. The analysis of the current state of use of secondary resources of mineral raw materials and fuel in blast furnace production in the conditions of world and domestic metallurgical enterprises has been carried out. 2. The physicochemical properties of the most common types of secondary resources (man-made wastes of metallurgical origin: dust, sludge, scale, production of metallurgical lime: fractions from gas cleaning devices and heat treatment products of waste of plant origin, which are sources of pyrocarbon) have been investigated. Further - determination of the spectrum of their probable purpose, impact on the features and indicators of the blast furnace process, as well as justification of rational ways of their preparation and use. 3. Rational shares of substitution of traditional raw materials and fuels with secondary materials in the blast furnace process are substantiated, the use of which will not reduce the quality of pig iron and will not increase the specific consumption of coke. Their influence on physicochemical and heat-gas-dynamic processes, which is reflected in the characteristic zones of the blast furnace, has been studied. 4. The optimal technological schemes and recommendations for the methods of introduction and rational specific consumption of innovative materials based on man-made wastes have been determined, which will ensure the maximum level of use of their useful properties in the material and thermal balances of the blast furnace process. 5. The technological and environmental advantages of introducing into the blast furnace process a monomaterial, the composition, physicochemical features and spectrum of purpose of which are formed by heat treatment of a mixture of man-made industrial waste, are evaluated and their prospects as a substitute for the corresponding part of pulverized coal fuel (PCF) and fluxes are determined. Research methods. When conducting a comprehensive study, the following methods will be used: - analysis and generalization of materials of scientific and technical literature and patent sources, coordination of their results in accordance with modern trends and the best results of the practice of using secondary resources in blast furnace production; - physicochemical methods of analysis chemical, thermogravimetric, to determine the composition, structure, metallurgical value, probable spectrum of purpose and reactivity of secondary resources of materials - substitutes for iron ore raw materials, coke and pulverized coal fuel (PCF); - thermodynamic forecasting and kinetic modeling of the behavior of experimental materials of secondary origin under the conditions of their heat treatment to assess the influence of their properties on the course of physical and chemical processes and transformations to the thermal and gas-dynamic regime of the blast furnace. The expected results of the study should also include: - development of scientifically grounded recommendations for the effective use of useful properties of the initial potentials of secondary resources of raw materials and fuel in blast furnace production; - establishment of quantitative ratios regarding rational levels of substitution of traditional fuel and raw materials with secondary ones, without reducing the productivity of the furnace and the quality of pig iron while reducing the specific consumption of lime and PCF; - development of a method for the implementation of a complex technological scheme for the preparation, heat treatment of experimental mixtures based on components of mineral raw materials and fuel, followed by the use of an innovative product in the conditions of blast furnace production of pig iron; Scientific novelty of the work. For the first time, systematically, on the basis of the results of an analytical and practical study, the energy efficiency of production and use in the blast furnace process of a two-component monomaterial based on dispersed waste from the production of lime and materials – waste of plant origin, obtained by implementing the effect of their pyrolysis under conditions of joint heat treatment of the initial mixture layer, was substantiated, tested on high-temperature models, poured thermal, in an inclined rotary drum-type furnace. For the first time, a resource-efficient and results-efficient approach has been used to assess the efficiency of the use of materials based on secondary resources of metallurgical and plant origin, based on an integrated combination of the results of thermodynamic forecasting, physical modeling and taking into account the provisions of the exergical methodology for assessing the energy efficiency of the objects of study. Methodological bases have been developed for the selection of rational schemes for the introduction of complex materials based on secondary materials into the blast furnace charge and in the air blast flow to stabilize gas-dynamic conditions in the charge layer, intensify recovery processes with a decrease in the specific consumption of coke per ton of liquid pig iron. The regularities of the influence of the composition and dispersion of secondary resources on the gas-dynamic and thermal parameters of blast furnace smelting have been revealed, which makes it possible to increase the accuracy of predicting the furnace course. It has been proved that the use of materials based on secondary resources of mineral raw materials and fuels can provide the effects of increasing the energy efficiency of pig iron production and reducing the environmental burden, which meets the requirements of sustainable development and the concept of "green metallurgy".Item type:Item, Information System for Solving Applied Problems Using Stochastic Programming Methods(Ukrainian State University of Science and Technologies, Dnipro, 2025) Shvachych, H. The problem of information leakage is becoming increasingly important for companies in all areas of economic activity. The problem of insider threats is becoming increasingly important, as the company may incur losses not only due to the leakage of information about its inventions, but also through lawsuits in case of theft of personal information of the customers, contractors and more. This means that in order to gain access to the international markets, Ukrainian companies must have an appropriate level of protection not only of the company’s confidential information, but also of the data on customers, contractors, etc. The objective of the article is to analyze the existing methodological approaches to the assessment of insider threats in the enterprise as a component of personnel and economic security. We came to the conclusion that different industries have different vulnerabilities to insider threats and different approaches to insider threat management. It was determined that information leaks are a serious threat to the company’s economic and personnel security. It was discovered that firms have achieved significant improvements and developed effective procedures for counteracting external threats, however, protection against insider attacks remains rather low. In the course of the research, the concept of an insider attacker was defined, the types of insider threats were established, and the main actions of the personnel prior to the insider attack were outlined. It was proved that the degree of insider threat is determined by the type of activity of the company and the liquidity of information that may be leaked. Most leaks are observed in high-tech companies and medical institutions, while the most liquid is the information of banks, financial institutions, industrial and commercial companies.Item type:Item, Integration of Digital Technologies and Environmentally Sustainable Solutions for Optimizing Hydrocarbon Transportation(IOP Publishing Ltd, 2026) Rastsvietaiev, Valerii; Kamyshatskyi, Oleksandr; Petrenko, Vitalii O.; Dmytruk, Oleh; Vashchenko, IrynaENG: The transportation of hydrocarbons faces significant challenges in efficiency, environmental impact, and safety, necessitating innovative solutions to align with global sustainability goals. This study proposes a novel framework integrating digital technologies – digital twins, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things – with sustainable practices, including energy-efficient pipeline designs and carbon capture technologies, to optimize hydrocarbon transportation. Through a case study on a regional pipeline network, the framework demonstrated substantial improvements, achieving up to 25% reduction in energy consumption, 24% decrease in CO2 emissions, and 60% lower safety incident risks compared to traditional methods. The methodology combines real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and eco-friendly engineering to enhance operational performance and environmental stewardship. Results indicate the framework’s feasibility and scalability, though challenges such as high initial costs and integration barriers require strategic solutions. The findings offer practical recommendations for industry adoption and policy support, contributing to a sustainable energy transition. Therefore, digitization and the digital revolution require managers to perceive business in a new perspective, and provide enterprises with unique competitive advantages. The purpose of the study is to study the aspects of increasing the efficiency of innovative investment activities of enterprises, in particular the intellectual sphere, based on the protection of digital intellectual property rights with the possibility of their further commercialization to ensure profit and long-term competitive advantages. As a result of the research, the following problems were identified: firstly, the objects of digital intellectual property law need protection, which is caused by rapid digitalization, secondly, certain problems were identified, such as toning and obsolescence of the existing legal framework, which needs improvement on based on the scientific background; thirdly, the directions in which the intervention and support of the state regarding the development of intellectual entrepreneurship are necessary are emphasized, on the basis of legal rights to commercialize objects of intellectual property, that is, to use the intangible assets of the enterprise in this way. The study’s main objective is to consider two main factors simultaneously when optimizing the blast furnace loading process. The first is to maximize the potential use of gases in the blast furnace’s “dry zone”, which increases the efficiency of the ore recovery process. The second is to increase the melting productivity by optimizing the temperature regimes and uniform distribution of the charge over the furnace space, which ensures the stability of the furnace. Achieving a balance between these factors is critical to improving the overall efficiency of blast furnace production. Methodology. The study used regression analysis to investigate the quantitative dependencies between the utilization degree of reducing gases and the efficiency of blast furnace melting. Evaluation of the results allowed us to create a predictive model to determine the main characteristics of the process. Findings. The research results allowed us to create a predictive model to determine the main characteristics of the process. The analysis was carried out based on experimental data obtained from industrial blast furnaces, considering different modes of loading and distribution of raw materials. Originality. The developed model is a new approach to optimizing control influences on blast furnace loading, considering the dynamic change in ore load. This allows including current changes in technological parameters and promptly adjust the smelting process. This approach improves the process’s technical and economic performance and effectively predicts further development. Practical value. The proposed methodology for controlling the loading process provides more accurate control over reducing gases use and the effectiveness of their impact on the ore. The steady rise in the cost of traditional energy resources and their negative impact on the environment is leading to an increase in the share of renewable energy sources worldwide. The use of biomass for energy generation based on modern technologies is environmentally safer compared to the energy use of traditional organic resources such as coal. A significant reserve for increasing the use of energy from biomass is concentrated in the metallurgical industry, including the production of pelletised iron ore. Research has been carried out to study the impact of different types of biomaterials on the sintering process of iron ore and the quality of the resulting sinter. The study found that, provided that the process performance and sinter quality are maintained at the appropriate level, it is possible to replace up to 25% of coke fines with charcoal and up to 50% with walnut shells. An analysis of the use of sunflower husks as an alternative fuel was carried out by adding them to the already installed pellet firing system for the grate-tubular kiln-ring cooler installation. It was found that when replacing up to 50 % of natural gas with sunflower husks, the quantitative and qualitative indicators of pellet production remained at the baseline level.Item type:Item, Problems and Concept of Electric Vehicles Energy Networks(IEEE, 2022) Molokanova, Valentina; Maliienko, Andriy; Petrenko, Vitaliy O.; Lutsenko, IvanENG: The article examines the potential and opportunities for the development of innovative power supply systems in the conditions of Ukraine. The peculiarities and prospects of the use of electric vehicles in electric networks as consumers-regulators are analyzed, the feasibility of implementing the Vehicle-to-Grid technology is substantiated. Templates for the introduction of decentralized sources of electric energy based on electric vehicles, provided that bidirectional charging stations are used, are proposed. It is shown that rational integration of electric vehicles in power grids allows decreasing existing level of active load that affords to increase the efficiency of power equipment use. The main obstacle to Vehicle-to-Grid technology use is the lack of regulatory documentation and approved legislative acts. This study aims to examine student responses after their participation in project-based learning and identify the skills that students have improved after completing the project-based learning process, using its 4 stages. An experimental verification of the possibilities of applying project-based learning project-based learning for students to acquire project competencies through the development and implementation of their own projects was conducted. A total of 70 students who studied at the faculties of management under the educational program "Project Management" participated in the study. The results showed a positive reaction of students to their experience of participating in project-based learning, which combines elements of theory and practice. In addition, the results of this study showed that project-oriented learning has a positive impact on the development of behavioral competencies of students and their further professional orientation. Students responded that thanks to project-based learning they have improved their thinking skills, problem-solving skills, gained a sense of self-realization, as well as teamwork skills. The work has further developed the iterative learning method by applying it to assess professional competencies in project management in different ways of learning: on personal experience, the experience of other lecturers and students, or combined learning in the first and second way. The proposed mathematical method for calculating the time for students to acquire project management competencies allows you to calculate whether a graduate, if included in a group, will have time to master the reference set of professional competencies, as those that are laid down in the educational program. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the application of project-based learning for students to acquire project competencies. The results of the study are confirmed during the experimental verification of the impact of project-based learning on students during the development and implementation of their own projects. The practical value of the study lies in helping educators to improve the quality of education. The study showed that project-based learning is an effective method for students to acquire project competencies. В.UKR: У статті приведений комплексний аналіз впровадження адміністративної відповідальності за порушення прав інтелектуальної власності на різновиди рослин. Першим законом України у сфері інтелектуальної власності був Закон «Про охорону прав на сорти рослин» від 21.04.1993 року [1], яким запроваджено охорону прав на сорти рослин патентом, тому Кодекс України про адміністративні правопорушення було доповнено ст. 512, якою було визначено, що адміністративним правопорушенням прав інтелектуальної власності на сорт рослин є «використання запатентованого сорту рослин без згоди власника патенту або під назвою, що відрізняється від назви, під якою його занесено до Державного реєстру сортів рослин України та розмір штрафу для громадян та посадових осіб – «до п’яти мінімальних розмірів заробітної плати». Акцентовано увагу на тому, що статтями Регламенту Ради (ЄС) № 2100/94 «Держави-члени вживають усіх необхідних заходів для забезпечення того, щоб положення про покарання за порушення національних прав також застосовувалися до випадків порушення прав на отримані рослини». Тобто розмір штрафних санкцій за порушення прав на отримані рослини в країнах Європейського Союзу є відчутно більшим. Звернута увага на тому, що у Європейському Союзі забезпечується захист прав особи, яка отримала новий різновид рослин. Ці права засвідчується документом на право власності, який називається «Сертифікат сорту рослин (Certificat d’Obtention Végétale)». Він забороняє будь-кому виробляти та продавати насіння різновиду без згоди особи, що його отримала та є володільцем указаного сертифікату. Між європейським, міжнародним та українським законодавством щодо захисту нових різновидів рослин існують суттєві розбіжності, насамперед, українським законодавством чітко не визначено, що є об’єктом права, який потребує захисту, тому неможливо правильно класифікувати порушення прав на новий різновид рослин та притягнути до адміністративної відповідальності винних у їх порушенні. У статті розглянуті проблемні питання, пов’язані з притягненням до адміністративної відповідальності порушників майнових прав на сорти рослин, причини їх виникнення та шляхи вирішення. Зроблено висновок, що Статті 512 та 1041 Кодексу України про адміністративні правопорушення, до яких вносилися чисельні зміни, які не узгоджуються з нормами Закону України «Про охорону прав на сорти рослин», Міжнародної Конвенції, призначеної для захисту отриманих рослин, Регламенту Ради (ЄС) № 2100/94 від 27 липня 1994 року про створення системи Співтовариства для захисту отриманих рослин, за своєю суттю є законом, що поєднує норми матеріального та процесуального права, містить ряд колізійних норм або норм, які не виконуються через їх недосконалість (нікчемних норм). Зокрема не узгоджуються між собою норми, що стосуються осіб, які мають право складати адміністративні протоколи про адміністративні правопорушення, передбачені зазначеними статтями, не визначено, хто і з яких питань має право складати протоколи про адміністративні правопорушення з визначених Кодексом уповноважених посадових осіб. У даному контексті вибір судового експерта виступає як одна з умов отримання об’єктивного, достовірного і повного висновку. В якості удосконалення системи експертизи порушених прав інтелектуальної власності необхідно створити державний орган управління організацією і проведенням експертиз в Україні, який повинен здійснювати організаційно-правове, науково-методичне та інші необхідні форми забезпечення діяльності експертних організацій і окремих експертів. Актуальність підвищення ефективності судової експертизи знаходиться у взаємодії з такими завданнями у сфері інтелектуальної власності: визнання нашої країни повноправним учасником міжнародного ринку інтелектуальної власності; підвищення інвестиційного іміджу держави, запровадження сприятливого інноваційного клімату; побудова національного науково-технологічного комплексу; розвиток творчого інтелектуального потенціалу громадян; забезпечення раціональної і ефективної організації судових експертиз; забезпечення повноти і об’єктивності наданого експертного висновку; вдосконалення законодавчої бази у сфері інтелектуальної власності; організація базового навчання фахівців у сфері судової експертизи інтелектуальної власності; перепідготовка кадрів; стандартизація методик складання висновку експертного дослідження.Item type:Item, Аналіз впливу стабілізації вихідних властивостей агломерату на фізико-хімічні процеси в характерних зонах доменної печі(ТОВ «Про формат», Київ, 2025) Мішалкін, Анатолій Павлович; Маловік, Д. В.; Чистяков, Володимир Григорович; Петренко, Віталій ОлександровичUKR: У статті досліджено стабілізацію фізико-хімічних властивостей залізорудного агломерату та окатишів, як основних компонентів доменної шихти на фізико-хімічні процеси в характерних зонах доменної печі, що є актуальною проблемою для подальшого удосконалення технології виплавки чавуну. Отримання якісного агломерату є комплексною задачею, а її вирішення базується на стабілізації його вихідних властивостей. Обґрунтовано, що до найбільш ефективних за впливом на результати процесу доцільно віднести підвищення механічної міцності, термічної, фізико-хімічної та гранулометричної стабільності агломерату, які впливають на умови та поведінку компонентів в характерних зонах при відповідних умовах доменної печі. Досліджено стабілізацію фізико-хімічних характеристик агломерату як одного з важливих факторів забезпечення найбільш раціонального використання його фізико-хімічного потенціалу при проходженні через високотемпературні зони доменної печі. Визначено ключові реологічні властивості гранулярних потоків доменної шихти, що є важливим в плані обґрунтування ефективних способів завантаження та технічних рішень щодо розподілу шихтових компонентів в доменній печі. Досліджено вплив фракційного складу шихти та співвідношення основних її компонентів на газодинамічні умови, особливо, в сухій зоні, найбільш протяжної зони фізико-хімічних перетворень доменної печі, що є одним із ключових факторів, що визначають ефективність доменного процесу. У дослідженні застосовано теоретико-аналітичні методи з акцентом на фізико-хімічну складову, які охоплюють аналіз, узагальнення та інтерпретацію отриманих результатів у контексті відповідності теоретичних концепцій та положень практичним результатам. Отримано узгоджені уявлення про особливості поведінки компонентів шихти в доменній печі. Порівняння таких даних, отриманих різними дослідниками, в подальшому, може бути використане для ідентифікації відповідних параметрів. Останні як показники, що визначають умови раціонального використання ефектів, джерелом яких є взаємодія корисних властивостей фізико-хімічного потенціалу вихідної шихти та факторів зовнішньої дії, дозволять визначити надійні інтерпретації явищ, прогнозувати результати та показники доменного процесу. Також, стануть основою для наукового обґрунтування підходів до вибору ефективних способів стабілізації властивостей агломерату з встановленням надійних зв’язків між способами завантаження, розподілу компонентів вихідної шихти та газодинамічними умовами в печі. Обґрунтовано, що для забезпечення стабільності ходу доменного процесу необхідно забезпечити постійність гранулометричного, хімічного складу, мінералогії вихідних залізорудних матеріалів (агломерату та окатишів), коксу, а також високу якість і однорідність агломерату. Систематичний контроль і поточне регулювання цих параметрів є основою для подальшої оптимізації доменного процесу, раціонального за питомими витратами ресурсів сировини та енергії та ефективного за результатами реалізації властивостей його вихідного фізико-хімічного потенціалу. Доведено, що стабілізований, зокрема, за крупністю, пористістю, міцністю, хімічним складом, агломерат сприяє підвищенню продуктивності печі, зниженню витрат палива та поліпшенню якості чавуну шляхом оптимізації фізико-хімічних процесів у доменній печі за рахунок стабільності ходу газів, що є носіями енергії, зниження флуктуацій температури в характерних зонах печі, поліпшення умов відновлення оксидів заліза, зменшення пилоутворення та втрат заліза, економію коксу.
